First time to see Dr. Baker. She was so nice and helpful. She was also very thorough when trying to figure out the cause of my issue and she didn’t rush me at all. I had a biopsy and the nurse called me a week later with the results…just like Dr. Baker said they would.

Have to say I was a little disappointed. Well more than a little, with Dr Clemons. I’m not one to go to doctors. But after trying on my own to control Rosacea and couple of spots that need to be looked at. I looked for a doctor that had good reviews as a good doctor. I live in south Arkansas. So I looked Texarkana, Hot Springs, Little Rock and Shreveport. Where there were quite a few to choose from. I chose for my final decision Dr Clemons. I had my face lotion, make up I’ve been using, questions and a couple of skin problems to ask about. In a few minutes Dr Clemons walked in the room and was out as fast. I mentioned I had rosacea and I can’t get it under control. She ask if I get acne with it. I said no. She said I’ll give you …. Take it ones or twice a day, as needed. Then was about to go out the door. I tried to speak up real quick saying, "I also have this spot under my eye". She said what it was called and said I can freeze it. I said ok. She reaches behind her and grabs a can spray. Sprays it and about to walks out again. I ask if she could look at this spot, said it’s the same thing and getting up to walk out. And she did. I remember feeling like …. why did I drive 2 hours to see her. I’m sure I’d get a better treatment even from a local doctor that doesn’t specialize in dermatology. I will not be back.

Wife and I have each had bad experiences with these doctors. Wife went a few years ago for a concerning spot. Doctor looked at it, said it was probably nothing but we'll take a look with a biopsy - last we ever heard from the office. Called to followup, nothing. They're even in the Willis-Knighton system, of which my wife is a part of, and she checked her records for the dermatologist - guess what, they don't exist! Now, I naively thought "maybe they'll get their act together, things happen surely lightning doesn't strike twice". Nope. Tried setting up an appointment, left a couple messages, never heard back! Guess they want me to go to Shreveport, so that's where I'll go! I called and had an appointment there in 10 minutes for next month - at least THEY seem to give a damn!

I have been going to Dr Glorioso for 14 years now. I absolutely love her. She is always very friendly and receptive to any questions. She lets me know what I have going on, what needs to be done, and then she makes it happen. Highly recommend!

Dr. Clemons is "wonderful ". She really cares about your questions and concerns. She is very patient with you and does not try to rush you out. She is very experienced in her profession. She is such a sweet and kind lady.

VERY satisfied. Dr. Clemens is always so nice, professional & thorough. After she took care of the issues I went in for, she checked me over & found a few more. Was called back about 5 minutes past my appointment time & was out in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this practice.

Whenever I go in for a visit with my Dr Glorioso it’s always a welcome visit even her staff is awesome Dr Glorioso is the Best Doctor ever I have been visiting her for years wouldn’t change her for nobody!
