First, the facilities are beautiful and extremely clean. Everyone was very pleasant from the front desk staff to the staff member assisting the Physician Assistant. The PA was very pleasant as well. Attention was paid to my concerns, and she took her time during my whole body check. She provided information about the moles on my face and other body parts, reassuring me every spot on my body was healthy.

The staff are very nice from the front desk to the medical assistant and the PA who saw me that day. Very compassionate and concerned with my condition. The clinic is very pristine with very pleasant smell. You can easily get comfortable. The waiting room is clean and classy, with a big monitor mounted on the wall, overall it feels very cozy. Overall I give them 5 stars.

My care team was welcoming, comforting, and professional. I would highly recommend to everyone needing care. They had great bedside manner, leading with patience and making me feel that I was in good hands. Added bonus: the office ambiance is calming, clean and modern and they were punctual all 4 visits.

I have nothing bad to say about the service, atmosphere or people. From this lens it’s been great. Class act. That said when I took my 2025 G70 in for service to have a cargo net clip replaced (cheap chrome plated plastic) that broke from just holding the net in place (I.e., it was not under any load) I wasn’t happy about the quality of material Genesis is now using, apparently to save a few bucks. Then on top of this, I see this sign posted in the waiting area indicating they are charging customers who pay with a credit card an additional 3% processing fee. (don’t no if this is a Genesis Corporate issue or specific to this dealer/Genesis of Aurora). So much for Genesis wanting to portray themselves as a Luxury Brand…what a turn off! This is my 3rd and likely my last Genesis if this trend continues (cheap parts and then charging you extra to pay by credit card). Next thing you know you will have to pay for the water and coffee in the waiting area.

We were happy with one of the doctors here, unfortunately during one of the appointments due to traffic we were about 11 minutes late, they refused to see my wife and charged $50. I remember everytime waiting for 30 minutes to be seen by a doctor, we didn't get anything for waiting, our time is also very important. We will find another doctor in our area. Good luck with your crappy business practice.
