Ive gotten my lips done, which I get compliments on them DAILY 🥹 I’ve also had a little filler on my under eye, smile lines and around chin area. I’ve never met someone as thoughtful and detail oriented as Kim in her art work! She made sure I was comfortable with the plan before proceeding with anything. Answers all questions, guides, educates and really listens to your aesthetic goals and needs. Aside from being an incredible human she’s soooo talented and makes sure you’re loving the results and guides you through the process. Kim is the ONLY one who will touch my face 😍🤩

I would give 10 stars if I was able to. Zentox is an amazing experience. The staff is warm and friendly. My wellness plan continues to evolve and I'm grateful for the recommendations and care I receive from Kim. Highly recommend!

ZENTOX SCAM: LESS THAN 3 SYRINGES FOR 3K BEWARE I'm writing this review 24hrs post getting dermal fillers with Kim. I came in for cheek filler and lips. I left extremely frustrated and feeling taken advantage of. It started by getting a syringe of lip filler. When i tell you, I was not numbed well enough and felt every single poke. I have gotten my lips done dozens of times and I have never had fillers hurt this bad. I came in with asymmetry in the lips on the left side. When she finished injecting she showed me and asked if i liked. I told her the left side is still significantly smaller than right. She proceeds to use 2 extra mini syringes to correct. Then onto the most painful cheek filler I have ever received, she used 1 & 1/2 syringes for the cheeks. I ended up going back into office 10 minutes after paying because in natural lighting my mom and I both felt as if the left cheek was much fuller. Kim said this was all swelling, And my cheek was naturally flatter on that side. Well, if it was naturally flatter you should use a bit more product on the flatter side to make things look more even. She said she used same amount in both. I personally have never experienced that significant of swelling in just 10-15 minutes to make that uneven of a difference. She gives me the option to add a bit more filler to that side and uses a mini syringe on the right. I go to pay for my fillers at the front, and I receive the bill and its almost $3000 ($2,954) for not even 3 full syringes of filler. I was shocked. I was charged $289 for the VIP appointment when i was quoted $199. My lips were $850, 3 mini syringes used to correct asymmetry (i was never given receipt for the 3rd) $189 each, 1 syringe of filler for the cheeks $750 and another half syringe for $500. How is it that less than 3 syringes added up to this price? Her half syringe is marked up $125 more than what it should be. Who knows how much the mini fillers are marked up. If your client comes in asymmetrical on a side of the lips or cheeks, it should be an aesthetic injectors job to utilize the syringe paid for to correct that. I shouldn't have to point that out and buy a bunch of mini’s to correct that at an extremely marked up price. At the very least, charge your client properly for the amount of extra filler needed. 2 full cheek syringes and a lip trifecta comes out to $2350. I paid $2954 for less product than this. A half syringe should be $375 if a full is $750. I'm not one to look for discount injectors or low prices, but when you are blatantly ripping off a client and marking up prices that is unacceptable. They overcharged me $90 more than what was quoted over the phone for a VIP appt and her assistant just started making up excuses when I called today from a different # because they weren't picking up the phone or responding to my text about the situation. She started making up excuses we don't give refunds and if we do you would have to come sign for the refund in person. That she is going to have to talk to her boss about even considering giving me a refund or credit for their mistake. They know I live 5 hours away in Tampa. I guess docu-sign doesn't exist. This place is charging you significantly more and giving you much less filler. Less than 3 syringes of filler for 3K is UNNACCEPTABLE. She lost me as a client after this. I will be making a video about this situation on TikTok in hopes to spread awareness of this place and how medspa's rip their customers off. I do not recommend unless you enjoy getting taken advantage of.
