This was my first time receiving a hydrafacial, and I enjoyed it! Libia was kind and explained the steps and the process to me, what everything did. She made sure I was comfortable, offered advice, made conversation in between. I felt like it was such a treat. I recommend to anyone out there! You won’t be disappointed.

Dr. Schiff is very thorough and professional, he always goes above and beyond with his patients. His staff, particularly Mariella, is a great and dedicated clinician. My mom and I are very grateful!🥰

Had an appointment today with Dr. Patricia Klem. They called me at 9am stating she will Not be coming into office. I expressed the urgency of my visit and the need to have a minor procedure completed. They did not have any other providers who excepted my insurance. I offered to pay cash for the procedure which was the removal of a skin tag and nothing else. They stated since the other doctor does not accept your insurance they will have to charge $150 for the skin tag removal and another $80 dollars for the initial consultation. I explained I only needed the skin tag removed and nothing else. The manager and the covering doctor were not able to accommodate me and wave that consultation fee. I took the day off work and took my child out of school so that she can get this uncomfortable skin tag removed off her. This place is unjust and they just want to milk money out of people. Shame on them the fact that they were unable to help me despite it being their fault taking into consideration my loss of work for the day and taking my child out of school.

My visit was a very good visit today. The doctor was excellent in checking all the areas on my body. She was very knowledgeable in finding some pre-cancer spots that I didn’t even know that I had overall, it was an excellent visit for me as soon as I walked in the door everyone was very kind courteous and made you feel very comfortable

My appointment was at 1pm and I was seen at 1pm. Love an office that stays on top of their schedule. Did a full body exam of my moles, doctor was sweet and thorough, checked each one and took photos to refer to for follow up appointments. Easy check in and check out.
