Chantel was amazing I absolutely love her! Super informative! I loved the spa !!! I had an injector I used for your straight, but she ended up moving away, so I needed to find a new place and stumbled upon this Medspa- Typically, I’m nervous to try new Medspa’s with new injectors because they try to push a bunch of Botox on you and I definitely did not get that here. That was definitely one of my concerns at first that they would try to oversell and they definitely didn’t oversell. So I am definitely pleasantly surprised and so happy!!!! Definitely coming back

Absolute nightmare. This place should be avoided. I deeply regret ever stepping into this med spa. I gave this clinic multiple chances, and that was my biggest mistake. • One visit left me with severe bruising and a swollen eye • Every single time I had to come back for corrections • Botox lost its effect in 2–3 months, consistently • This last visit was the final straw — 50 units, and the effect started wearing off in less than 2 months That is NOT how real Botox works. Now let’s talk about the most disturbing part. 🚩 Lack of transparency and safety: • Staff leave the room and return with pre-filled syringes • You NEVER see a vial opened in front of you • You have NO idea: • what brand is being injected • how much it’s diluted • whether it’s expired • or if it’s even Botox at all In many countries this would be unacceptable and possibly illegal. 🚩 Unprofessional environment: • Chaotic scheduling • Long waits, appointments not respected • Zero accountability • Overall unsanitary, careless vibe Yes, the price is cheap but now it’s obvious why. This place cuts corners everywhere: product, technique, transparency, professionalism. I kept telling myself I’d "give them another chance." I trusted them with my face — and I shouldn’t have. ⚠️ Botox is a medical procedure, not a bargain hunt. Saving money here means risking your face and your health. If you value: • real Botox • sterile conditions • trained professionals • results that actually last GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I would much rather pay more at a reputable clinic where: ✔ the vial is opened in front of me ✔ I know exactly what’s being injected ✔ and I don’t need constant corrections This place is not professional, not trustworthy, and not safe. Never again.

Chantel is the best injector EVER!! We did 2 sessions bc she didn’t want to over inject me the 1st session (loveddd her professionalism and clinical skills/advice), I just recently went back for the remaining syringe and I am IN LOVE!! My lips look sooooooo amazing, I can’t recommend someone more. Pain 1/10 Healing 10/10 Speed 10/10 (was done within 10 minutes) Price= the BEST with the specials they offer sometimes Book with Chantel NOW!!

From start to finish my experience was seamless and so professional. Sandra was an excellent injector. I barely felt any discomfort and the results were amazing. Would highly recommend to anyone considering 10 out of 10 stars
