Dr. Gallagher was wonderful to work with from consult to surgery to follow up. He never made me feel rushed and left plenty of space for all my questions. Both him and his staff offered sound advice based on years of experience which was incredibly helpful in decision making. I’ve had easy recovery with no complications. I had a "Mommy Makeover" with breast lift and tummy tuck/diastasis recti repair in June with Dr. Gallagher. I was pretty nervous to have surgery but I had thought about doing it for a long time and I’m so glad I did! Dr. Gallagher and the team were so caring and helpful and answered every question and concern I had. I am in the healthcare field and always felt I was in good hands through the whole experience. I feel so much more comfortable and confident in my body and was back to mostly normal activity after 2 weeks. When you research online ahead of time I feel like a lot of people seem to be hesitant to have plastic surgery in Billings, but I would do it again! It was so nice to be near home, recover at home and follow up with my actual surgeon. Highly recommend the procedure, Dr. Gallagher and YPS. ☺️

I had a great experience with Dr. Gallagher and the whole team. They took the time to answer my many questions and address my concerns, accommodated my coming in when I was questioning sizing, and they were even able to move up my surgery date when I had other things pop up. I’m very happy with the results and the whole experience, just wish I’d done it sooner!

The staff, doctors and nurses at Yellowstone Plastic Surgery are top notch. All of my questions and concerns were answered before my surgery. I was a bit apprehensive about the consultation because I knew that I would have to have before pictures taken but the nurse was very professional and told me that most ppl find this part to be their least favorite! Surgery day arrived and I was feeling a bit nervous but the surgeon and anesthesiologist calmed my fears. Post-op was smooth and had little difficulty with the recovery. I would highly recommend Yellowstone Plastic Surgery to anyone that is thinking of having any work done. Call and schedule a consultation and your worries will melt away. Had a great experience at Yellowstone Plastic Surgery. I underwent a breast reduction with Dr. Gallagher where I went from an "I" cup to perfect "DD"s. My confidence is boosted and I am overall impressed with how much lighter and better I feel! They got me into surgery about a month after I made the first appointment and the staff was friendly and helpful every time. Would definitely recommend Dr Gallagher at YPS! 🙂

Worst experience I went in feeling confident and left feeling like wow how could I have been so vulnerable with someone like this Dr. the consult was very honest and blunt but lacked emotion or understanding let alone hope of confidence. When dealing with people that are needing/wanting plastic surgery there’s some sort of bedside manner right at least make eye contact with somebody especially if your going to hold their life In your hands

I recently had a breast augmentation done by Dr. Gallagher with Yellowstone Plastic Surgery and am extremely pleased. First and foremost, many members of the support staff have been working there for a very long time. That says a lot about the environment of the business. From reception to billing to nursing, they were all incredibly kind. A nurse listened to my anxiety surrounding anesthesia as a survivor of sexual assault and patiently explained every detail of the big day to me so I wouldn’t worry. Dr. Gallagher was extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding what implant type might be best for me as a competitive athlete. Surgery went fantastic, and the anesthesiologist was really cool. I just finished my last follow up appointment and can’t say enough how awesome my new "girls" look. They blend so well with my tissue (a personal preference, but I was surprised they did with being on the thin side before). Also, my scars healed great. I can’t say enough how this was one of the best personal decisions of my life and can’t recommend enough. I gave 5 stars only because there weren’t 6.
