Billings Clinic Pediatric Center - Downtown

Staff is great but Billings Clinic as a whole has terrible customer service. In order to get through to anyone the wait time is at least 30 mins on the phone. I have been on hold for 47 min trying to talk to someone about my sons sleep study tonight. At this point, I would recommend an answering service or something!!!

I cannot speak highly enough of all the people that work in the pediatric department of Billings Clinic Downtown!!! Shout out to Jenn who was our nurse our first and last night there, she was so incredible!!! We immediately felt at home like we had been friends with her forever. And They all were really top tier, i wish I could remember our other favorites but I don't want to get the names wrong but all of these ladies were SO SWEET and genuinely kind and caring (and the guys too! We just mainly dealt with the ladies.) They never made us feel like we were buggiing them (although we had to bug them for stuff all day every day for a week) and you could tell they all just were so GENUINELY kind and caring (that or they faked it really well lol but i think they just were all genuine Rockstars), I just couldn't believe the level of care they all provided. Best experience we've ever had in any hospital or doctors office or medical setting. On top of that, my son had pneumonia but wasn't healing as he should and these Dr's just kept up their detective work until they got to the bottom of a second underlying condition he had (random illness induced asthma or something like that, which wasn't presenting like asthma normally does) but Dr. Abeson (probably getting that wrong but you know who you are!) And the guy dr doing his residency, those two were amazing at getting to the bottom of it and they were so kind and compassionate and caring, you just felt like they were old family friends. And as much as I felt like I was bugging all of these lovely ppl, they never made me feel that way, they were just so patient and catered to everything we needed, excellent demeanor and attitude, AMAZING beside manner, they were all so great!!! Any other hospital we ever have to go to in life is going to have big shoes to fill. 20 out of 5 stars!!! THEY ALL DESERVE A RAISE!!!

Scheduled appointment are always great but when my kid is sick and we do a same day appointment or walk-in the never let me finish what wrong and they only get have the information. AND when my kid was tested for sickness they said I’d get a call if she had any sicknesses. We called the next day and they told us she did have something. Not happy I had to call and double check but good think I did.

I’m blown away with today’s visit we had with Dr.Notario. Thankful we left the children clinic. We have been at children’s clinic since 2005 and recently left due to not being heard, on some concerns regarding my twins. So, today meeting Dr. Notario not only listened, she gave us respect and wanted to be a team in my kids health!! Thank you again for todays appointment!

After being told my child had "the crud" (not a diagnosis) and everything was fine, then 12 hours later, a rectal temperature of 104.1 that was not going down with the recommended Tylenol and Motrin and 2 ruptured ear drums in the Emergency room, I was not a pleased mama! We haven't been back since.

We are new to the area and didn't realize that parking was a nightmare, we also were just told a general address for the pediatric ward. I called 3 times to let them know I was going to be late because I was trying to find parking, and then trying to find the facility, and then once more about not finding their office. Once we found the facility I was told by the doctor that my son most likely had covid, I explained that my test came out negative, and that I was diagnosed with bronchitis. He then proceeded to tell me that it was most likely wrong. Even though I had 2 different test that came out negative. And gave us no choice about the covid test. He then reluctantly put my son on antibiotics and a cough medicine. The Billings clinic is a joke. I would suggest going somewhere else to be treated fairly.

Horrible been coming here for years but recently its been a horrible experience you wait almost an hour after your appointment time just to be seen, I need to find my kids new Dr,s this is just crazy & the staff/nurses here is so horribly rude. I do not recommend this place
