Urgent Care Downtown

The reception staff are nice, patient and helpful. Most of the physicians I have seen were helpful and concerned my experience today was the opposite. The Dr. was rude, dismissive and I felt like a fool for coming in. Very little helpful. I love the staff of the ED at Billings Clinic. They are always wonderful and patient, even when they are crazy busy. The Dr. dismissed my info about my COPD and asked why I had had so many chest X rays in the ER. just for a cough. COPD is not just a cough and I am very grateful to Billings Clinic ED for always giving me the best possible care. In the future I will bypass Urgent Care and go to Billings Clinic ED. Disgusted.

I have nothing but great praises for the people at the Billings Clinic downtown same day care. I went in this morning and was treated fantastically by the doctor, the lab person, and the x-ray person. Everyone told me exactly what they were doing and asked if I had any questions. Billings clinic has saved my life three different times and I highly recommend them to everyone.

Came in barley able to breathe, and with a weird heart beat making me feel like I'm about to pass out, a fever and pain my left arm only for the lady at the front to not even ask about symptoms, but just asked how I'm going to be able to pay for the visit today. And they require you to pay before you are even seen. 0/10 use ANY other doctor than this place as they only care about the money. They don't care if you are healthy or in pain. Went to ST Vincent walk in and they saw me right away, and helped me immediately. Go there instead of this place. You'll get treated as a patient, not a dollar sign.

worst possible service. Went for a Dr. visit and got nothing accomplished other than being treated badly. Not a good place for anyone do yourself a favor and drive to Denver if you need treatment. it will be worth it. You will get treated faster having drove to Denver. They have little to no understanding of the oath they swore. Worst hospital ever. if you file a complaint they will just try to prevent you from having any words that make them look bad by talking over you in their risk management department. I would think someone taking my complaint would let me vent rather than make excuses the entire time. 3 agreeable people is a class action lawsuit email me if you feel you were treated similar to my experience.

I had to go to the Same Day Care Clinic located in downtown Billings today and I left feeling that I didn't want to let my experience go unnoticed. I have had to enter many different medical clinics because, of different medical reasons and conditions. I have had visits that made me want to disappear into the air with frustration and encounters where I felt the warmth resonating from a doctor and I knew that he truly did care and just ok experiences. My appointment today left me feeling like a human being that was deserving of respect and to be listened to without judgment. Randy Sphere saw me and I would just like to extend a thank you out to him. I received the best care and treatment that was possible for me at the time and I also thank you for taking that extra time with me that I know you did so, as to make sure I left with everything addressed that I needed and asked about!! You took the extra mile to care for me! Thank you.....I'm still smiling!

The staff was pretty nice and got me in quickly. The doctor I had could have been more empathetic. Kind of dismissive. True it was an urgent care and patients have to been but it’s a bonus if doctors are more attentive.

So my brother had an appointment at 12:30 we got stuck behind a train and were 10 min late the there were 3 women working the check in and 1 patient talking to a lady they made him wait then told him he missed the 10 min window he said he was standing there and one woman said you walked in at 12:40 so that means he made the 10 min window. Very rude and there is nobody in the waiting room. As I'm sitting here I can hear them talk badly of other employees and cursing. Maybe they should learn to be more respectful of what they say.
