Jodi Gilligan,NP is very thorough & her interviews with me are "spot on" The staff is very helpful & friendly! Thank you for being there for this important part of my medical care! I would definitely recommend this INTERMOUNTAIN CLINIC in Lockwood, MT.

Feels like they care from the minute you walk thru there Door thru out the whole visit until you leave the building!! Above and beyond in there services from each and everyone I encountered in this location. I DID NOT feel this way at the heights location and was very dissatisfied from the start of being checked in, to the P.A. I had seen. In my visit the P.A. was more concerned with her watch messages (7x in short visit)& frozen computer screen. Came in with a list of 6 things to be seen for 2 were looked at. Lots of other things were ordered but didnt pretain to the 6 things I came for. Receptionist last three visits said I had no copay($25.) Which I asked to be put in noted and never was so I continued to have same issue over again. I'm glad to have established with the Lockwood facility thanks to a Co worker saying there fantastic!

Very thorough and personable. Explains everything to you- WILL take the time with you to answer questions. Always asks "is there anything else that you would like to talk about that we missed". She is a great provider

Had a same day appointment with Jodi. She was exceptional and very thorough.

Jodi and her staff are all absolutely wonderful. Even when I'm there for something painful or unpleasant I always seem to leave smiling. 10/10 Will let them stab me again.
