Amanda is great!! Very knowledgeable. Very personally interested in each individual patient. She's been a part of the Inspire program since it first began and understands its inns and outs. I don't hesitate recommending her.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. The sleep therapy staff and Emily Hall are very nice and really know their stuff! In physical therapy, Will Meredith is amazing, as is Heather. I was very impressed w Dr. Stephanie Thomas’ PA, Kaley (sorry, not sure how to spell.) such caring, kind, friendly professionals!

1 month wait for an initial appointment and 4 month wait for a study is unacceptable. They clearly need to expand their staff to handle the demand. The staff were nice and attentive to my needs but I'm not waiting for an organ transplant here, it's an overnight sleep study.

Had to reschedule appointment because I had not brought my PAP machine which I was asked to bring in a letter from their office 2 MONTHS before the appointment when I was first diagnosed with sleep apnea. I had not even received my PAP machine when I received the letter. When asked why in the many reminders I received regarding my upcoming appointment they had not mentioned it again, staff said "IT people told them it was impossible to do. " This needs to be made a priority as I am now scheduled for the appointment makeup in FEBRUARY!! Need to work with IT people to get this fixed.....or find new IT people.

It was the first time that I had met Dr Turner but I was impressed with his knowledge and his personality. Please tell me that I will get to see him again as he was the third provider I have seen there in three years.

Very friendly. Things were explained well and documented on paper and digitally uploaded to their app. Communication via the app was easy after the visit also.

The PA I saw for my sleep apnea was very abrasive and repetitive. I knew I had to have sleep apnea treatment but I’m not happy about it. She took the attitude that I was unwilling to use the apnea machine. It was a very contentious conversation.
