Billings Clinic Urgent Care

A total abomination. Was dropped by 3 primary care doctors, 2 psychiatrists, 1 therapist, 1 dermatologist and even a social worker. Was dropped from the clinic and was left without support and medication. Full abandoned of a patient, neglect of a patient and harassment of a patient. Corporate nightmare, makes up lies and twist you words to drop you… don’t go here. Was suicidal, they could care less.

I'm only giving a two star review because of the front office staff as well as the nurse that I had this evening. They were great! As for the doctor that I saw this evening (Aaron Audet) I absolutely agree with the other review. He has no compassion for his patients. I drove an hour to be seen at the same day center. Not only was I not examined, I was basically told that my pain was caused by weight, and that I had to deal with it the pain. Someone really needs to review this man as a doctor in this facility!

The absolute worst experience I've had at billings clinic was taking my fiance to same day care. Dr. Aaron Audet (if you can even call him a doctor) has absolutely zero compassion for patients from what he displayed to us today. Absolutely Disgraceful...

I have been in the room for an hour now. My appointment was an hour ago. They keep bringing people back but can’t even see the ones that have been waiting! This happens in the heights too! I WILL NOT COME BACK TO ANY OF THESE SAME DAY CARE. Worst patient care ever!!!!

The Same Day Care clinic in the Heights was great. Once again, my shoulder needed help, but my regular PA is currently 3 hours away. Usually steroid shots do the trick, but Randy Spear, PA, wanted to make sure nothing else was going on, so x-rays (which I hoped for, and the clarity was beautiful, as far as I could see) were taken and we will try oral steroids in hopes they help. Randy listened, and ordered a round of oral steroids (and reassurance with the x-rays) until I can see my regular PA. I walked in not wanting prescription pain meds but answers, and answers I got. Thank you!

It was very easy to make a appointment online even though we had never been there before. Got in quickly. They provider was great with my son. Very thorough and helpful. Was a good visit.

Staff was empathetic to my hurt toddler. Nurse practitioner (Nancy?) was fantastic.
