Customer Reviews
Billings Clinic Hospital has a rating of 3.5 out of 5 based on over 304 reviews on Google
Billings Clinic Hospital is a place people go to see specialists. The atmosphere is calming and beautiful. They have a grand piano in their lobby and oftentimes someone is playing beautiful, soothing music. Banners hanging on the walls honor Montana’s Native American tribes with beautiful pictures and pays homage to their heritage. There are paintings and pictures throughout the clinic in hallways and waiting rooms with glimpses into Montana’s beautiful landscapes and history. If you need a blood draw, be sure to check in and see how long the wait time is. We were able to schedule the blood draw for after checkout from the hotel and a meal. Their flexibility was appreciated and helpful. If you have to travel to see a specialist and Billings Clinic Hospital is an option - the atmosphere, glimpse into Montana’s history, and beautiful artwork make this a great option - especially if the visit is for a difficult reason.
Billings Clinic's billing practice is unethical and corrupt. My wife went in for an annual check-up, and the doctor--without telling her anything about costs--ordered all sorts of checks and tests. Who tells a doctor "no" when a doctor says "I want to run X test"? And then we got a bill for about a thousand dollars, and that's AFTER our (good) insurance had reviewed it. Billings Clinic's medical care may be fine--no comment on that. But their billing practice is legally shady at best, and criminal at worst.
Worst hospital ever, made up lies about me after I gave birth saying I wasn’t "attentive" to my newborn, but my husband was? They pushed a lactation consultant on me, multiple times, and didn’t respect the "rest and recovery" I just had a baby! One nurse was super loud while I was trying to take a nap ignoring the quiet sign I had on my door and after a half a day and a whole night of being in labor and 2 hours of pushing, she was barging through my door room, she was being passive towards me and making me feel like I was doing everything wrong. Also said I wasn't "easy to work with". Who says that to a new mother?
Respectfully, do y'all have anyone working the finance department? Who is distributing your bills and keeping track of insurance? I don’t understand how it’s so poorly handled, both in Bozeman and Billings. Other than that—nice people, efficient care. Just plan to pay your bills in person AND follow up—because they don’t answer the phone, they don’t send accurate paper copies, and the website and app don’t work. lol.
This is the 3rd time I've waited almost 2 hours for my medication so I can begin my infusions. My infusions are supposed to be a 2 hour session. So they have turned 2 hours into 4 hours. I normally wouldn't say anything but after becoming common place to not respect people's time I feel it needs to be said. Wouldn't even give a star but it don't give me a choice. At least the nurses are nice and respectful. They understand that it's not appropriate to waste people's time. Do better.
you saved me from the gates of hell with loving care and a quick diagnosis and wonderful group of the sweetest people I ever met ❤ then a day or two later you saved my sister from an infection that could've gone into septic shock by the quick thinking of staff Dr's and very well trained nurses..even the careflight to Ogden UT with little time to spare fixed her stint and did such a nice job she is back to my farm in Montana going to the river and taking pictures of bald eagles and cooking 🍽 dinner for us.!!!. we truly do appreciate all you do..❤
Their food selection has a lot to not be desired by patients. Your choices for people in the hospital do not have any good choices to choose from especially if they have restrictions in their diets. .they need better options like cauliflower instead of potatoes ,other kind of fish besides mahi mahi. Like shrimp, other pasta sauces like pesto or alfredo sauce.not just olive oil and garlic. They needa wide variety of snaking vegetables like snap peas and radishes.green or red peppers. They also need how to learn use other herbs besides oregano. Theses. Are just some suggestions that you are not. Utilizing at all.
