With a certain generation moving into the work force businesses feel the negative effects. Medical is sadly no different. The absence of basic skill like communication is extinct. Even the "new drs" are impossible to deal with. Sad state of profit based healthcare.

Wanted to get sterlized, but they kept telling me I was "too young" and kept blowing off my severe pain. Turns out I have endometriosis. You guys wanted to gaslight me into thinking nothing was wrong, but I found better doctors to help me treat my condition. I don't recommend anyone come here. -70/10

Generally they get you in and out here. But let's just say this lady at front desk dressed in hello kitty from head to toe and all over her area. Come on, you are an adult at a big girl job. Act like it and do your job. It took 45 minutes to get 5 people checked in. She works front desk and should definitely be fired over professionalism!

The Same Day Care staff got me in quickly. Quinta, RN and Sarah, NP are great! They are caring and super nice. Sarah was thorough and knowledgeable and identified my illness right away. She had already looked at my chart bringing herself up to speed on my health history before entering the exam room. I will request them whenever I return.

Dr. Junco is the absolute best. I’m not gonna lie I haven’t had very good luck with Billings clinic at all since moving here in 2003. I decided to give it another shot since moving to the heights and this clinic is fairly close to my home. I needed mental health resources when my husband got deployed and he pushed to find me the right counselor. I am so grateful that he actually cared to follow up and make sure I got that needed help. I won’t go anywhere else and I’m so happy to have found him! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone looking for a new family doctor.
