Billings Clinic Facial Plastic Surgery & Medical Spa

Updating my review!!! The ladies at Billings Facial Plastic are awesome. Have had some Botox and a few skin treatments there since my last review 2 years ago. They are the friendliest and yet most professional team. Also they are very educated on all the different procedures. Will continue to go there!

I’ve scheduled so many appointments just for them to be cancelled. I showed up for an appointment this time and they told me "we’re not sure when the dr will be back in." And that they called me and "left a voicemail". I called early in the week last week, and they said the surgery was good to go. I took time off of work for this surgery.. They could have at least called this week, a day before or the day of to let me know.. horrible experience. I just don’t understand.. I’m very dissatisfied obviously! I called a separate surgical clinic, Dr. Steven Grosso in Billings and they got me in for a consultation the very NEXT day. Much more respectable and professional.

This place is amazing. The staff here really know what they're doing and they go the extra mile to make sure you understand the risks involved with your procedures. I highly recommend them.
