I had an appt today for removal of impacted ear wax. I've had a history of vertigo and have been apprehensive of ear cleaning because of 2 past bad experiences. My appointment with Dr Hannah Schwarzbach was TERRIFIC! Her gentle approach and touch made for an easy removal. No dizziness during or after! She discussed self help techniques and future appointments when needed. I highly recommend her, she's young and knowledgeable, a plus for us "old" folks. 👍👍

The worse clinic ever, I scheduled my son for surgery and then rescheduled my surgery for the next month without calling me or leaving me a voicemail. Tara supposedly says that she called me twice, I had the phone on me the whole time and never had a missed call!! I had to let my job know 2months ahead of time and work a whole month of overtime to get days off.

Dr. Ahmad is an exceptional physician. My immediate first impression is that he genuinely cares for your health and quality of life. He listened to my symptoms and explained my diagnosis to me. I opted to proceed with tonsil surgery. My recovery was as he depicted it would be. I had no surprises and recovered very well. I felt comfortable and never felt the need to question the care I was receiving. His attention to my treatment was very thorough. 100% an outstanding experience. Thank you!!

A scheduler should never make an assessment of a CT scan and be hostile towards a new patient who is having issues. It’s unnecessary and unprofessional.

appointment at 2 pm . arrived 1:45 pm per instruction. seen by 2:30 . very slow service. please dont overbook your providers . thanks!

Got my ears cleaned out, never had this experience before. I got the lovely, pleasure of having Dr. Jacqueline Machalski. She was confident and reassuring. Definitely coming back here. Front desk could be a little more welcoming but overall great experience.

Johna was in her car ready to go home. I I came in with a massive nosebleed. Without hesitation & a smile on her face, she explained & treated my condition expertly. I just left her office & am hoping her superiors see this. Thank you so much Johna for your caring.
