Purchased a Groupon voucher for a hydro facial with Leegerem. Ahead of the appointment, I called two times to confirm how I could book using a Groupon but no one answered me. I booked the appointment and showed up and no one was there. I called two more times, and no one has responded still.

Glenda is great. I have had several electrolysis sessions with her, cleaning up some hairs that didn't respond to laser hair removal. She takes great care to make sure that I am comfortable and that any pain is manageable.
