I have been coming to Glow by laser for over a year now. Me and my daughters got laser treatments done here. Both Sarolta and Sam have been amazing❣️ they are knowledgeable, experienced and always explain the process clearly. We’ve had amazing results overall. Thank you Sarolta for one of the best laser clinics in the valley❤️

I only went in once. Place is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The owner very wonderful and pleasant her worker also pleasant. But why I never will go back As I went to get hyper pigmentation addressed. Even though I followed everything sunblock and using products that I purchased. My Hyperpigmentation got a lot worse. I suggest going to a dermatologist or more established medical facility. I am not a person to be wearing a lot of makeup. But now I have to apply concealer to try and make myself feel some normalcy.

Glow by Laser is my new go to they are very kind, and Lana gave me one of the best laser hair removal treatments I ever had. Stop by and pay them a visit you will not regret it. Thank you for your services!

I was scheduled to receive treatment at this place. I reserved an appointment at 3PM and paid a reservation fee. That day, I am running 6 minutes late and called before 3PM to let them know. I could not even finish my sentence when a very rude lady who was in the phone cut me and said she was not going to receive me that day because my appointment was at 2:30PM and that she already had another client (note that is not even 3PM yet). I texted with a screenshot of my appointment which clearly said it was at 3PM but I just got ignored, and of course, they held my payment. Update 01/04/2026: I am editing this review with the purpose of adding more details since I have been called a liar. I will attach pictures of my appointment and my text conversation with Sarolta backing up everything I previously mentioned. It looks like they are calling me a liar because my appointment was under my full legal name "Maria Sol Andrade" and google shows me as "Sol Andrade". Evidently is the same person and I honestly think they perfectly know this. Would you tell me to be ashamed again? It looks like this is the only thing you say to people who leaves negative reviews.

Sarolta is great!!! I’ve been to so many different laser locations, especially in NYC and none of them support your process and honesty like saroltas practice!! She is amazing at what she does, and she does not disappoint! If you want great results, in quick sessions, then trust me, and come here!!

Serolta & Sam are extremely knowledgeable, kind, & professional. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences & great outcome's with laser hair removal! I would defiantly recommend!

Posting on behalf of my mother who does not have a Google account: "I had a Sciton JOULE Halo/BBL laser treatment here and immediately developed severe skin reactions - redness, swelling, and long-term barrier damage. A dermatologist later confirmed the damage was consistent with an overly aggressive laser treatment. During the session, the provider said she was going "spicy," and my skin reacted right away. When I raised concerns and requested accountability, she blamed my skincare products and became evasive. It’s important to note that have been using the same skincare products for years without any reaction. She also refused to provide the name or credentials of the licensed medical professional she claims to work under, which is concerning given that this is a medical-grade laser treatment requiring supervision. I now have ongoing skin issues and medical expenses I did not have before this treatment. I strongly recommend verifying licensure and medical oversight before booking here."
