Love my visits with Doctor Conway. Her knowledge and attention to detail is so evident. She and I laugh like old friends and enjoy our visits. Wish all doctors were like her. Her assistant is prompt and considerate of my age and always makes sure our visit will move with attention but still laughter.

I’ve always had a great experience at Dermatology Health Specialists with Dr. Wisco and Sam Christensen. The office staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. Every visit with the providers has been consistently great; they clearly explain what to expect and take the time to answer all of my questions. I always feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend this practice!

I wanted to share how grateful I am for the care we’ve received from this clinic but highlight how much we appreciate Sam Christensen. Sam treats my adolescent son, and even my grandma, he’s been wonderful with all of us. He listens, he explains things clearly, and he always meets each of us exactly where we are; he is patient with my child, thoughtful with my grandma, and straightforward with me. It’s rare to find someone who can care for different generations with that level of kindness and skill. I also want to take a moment to appreciate the entire team — they’re consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful. But I especially want to recognize Myranda, because she truly makes every visit exceptional. She is warm, upbeat, and incredibly attentive. She remembers the little things, makes you feel comfortable right away, and has a way of creating a calm, positive environment no matter how busy her day might be. Her kindness and professionalism elevate the whole experience, and she is a huge part of why my family and I feel so well cared for there. I genuinely recommend this team for patients of any age. Their combination of skill, compassion, and real human connection has been such a gift to our family.

Great experience. Dr Christensen is very straightforward and thorough. I always leave the office satisfied that I understand my diagnosis and course of treatment. He is also very personable, and it’s easy to discuss my concerns with him.

I’ve consistently had great experiences at this clinic.The providers are thorough, kind, and take the time to listen without making you feel rushed. Scheduling has also been easy, and I’m usually able to get an appointment fairly quickly if I’m flexible, which I really appreciate. The staff is professional and caring, and I’ve always felt well taken care of here. I certainly recommend them.

I hadn’t planned to leave a review until the office began auto-calling and texting me multiple times a day to remind me it was time for my annual check. There's no way to opt-out. They just keep calling and texting. I’m proactive about my health and try to do a full-body exam once a year. I went last year and had such a negative experience that I knew I would never return. What made it especially disappointing is that my first visit with Sam was excellent. He was attentive, kind, and had great bedside manner. Last year, however, he was an entirely different person. During my appointment, I mentioned that I’ve been doing some "mommy makeover" procedures now that I’m done having children. I had recently had a mini tummy tuck, and in addition to a full-body skin cancer check, I asked about the possibility of facial or under-eye resurfacing. Instead of providing neutral, professional guidance, I was spoken to in a condescending and judgmental way. I was essentially told that the procedure would be too expensive for me, that it was likely out of my budget, and that I would probably end up hating him due to the healing process. I was genuinely taken aback. It is not a provider’s role to make assumptions about a patient’s finances or to shame someone for choosing to invest in themselves. The interaction felt dismissive and inappropriate, and it completely undermined any trust I had in the practice. Fortunately, the solution was simple. I went to another highly rated dermatologist in Bend and had a vastly better experience. Based on more recent reviews, it appears my experience was not isolated. Unfortunately, I would not recommend returning here unless you like to be pay for subpar services.

Dr Christensen is an excellent doctor of dermatology. He is very knowledgeable and listens to patient concerns. He truly seems interested in the health of the patient and is friendly and caring. I have been a patient for several years and highly recommend him.
