My experience was great. The staff was super and quick and responsive and my Mohs surgery was performed in a very professional manner. Communication was great from staff and Dr. Peters and this is a critical item in health care that not all places do well. I am at a loss as to why there are a couple negative reviews but as a retired health care person I can tell you that a bad outcome is often a result of a bad health problem, not bad treatment. For that reason one should always take any review that criticizes an actual procedure very skeptically since these reviews are being written mostly by non-medical people that usually do not understand the procedure and/or it's risks.

The kind and very professional staff made me feel cared for and comfortable. My condition was taken care of with competence and kindness. I hope that I never have to return to their office. Peters Dermatology has been a staple of the dermatology scene in Bend since I’ve been seeing them for the past 7 years. I’ve never had a negative experience with them and I know hundreds of others can say the same. The only reason I can think of someone having a poor experience and leaving a negative rating would be their own incompetence in following directions. When Peters Derm treats their patients, it is done with nothing but excellence and professionalism. They give thorough directions for at home care and have a call phone available around the clock for emergencies. As long as you listen to their verbal instructions in the office, read the written instructions they send home with you, and call if you have any questions- the odds of something going wrong are slim to none. Peters Derm is one of the best medical practices in Central Oregon and I am honored to be able to work with them!

Some of the finest skin doctors you could ask for. This clinic has been exceptional since I was bounced around from clinic to clinic. Very few clinics offer such caring, thorough service as Peters. Wonderful staff from check in to the doctors. They work well with insurance and will do anything to accommodate you.

My Mohs surgery with Dr. Peters was yesterday. I can’t speak highly enough of the continued excellence with which care is provided. Everything from scheduling the surgery, the consult to prepare me, to the actual surgery and post care instructions were done with professionalism, and exceptional bedside manner. Every step was well explained, and I understand my options and the suggested care plan. Dr. Peters and his staff are very personable, and very patient focused. I know the office was busy, but I felt as if I was the only patient. Truly amazing and going above and beyond!

I have received several years of excellent care from the Peters Dermatology Center. They have a team of skillful, knowledgeable and caring doctors and friendly office personnel too. All are accessible and helpful.

I receive caring treatment from Ann Reitan. She is very thorough and professional. I had Mohs surgery once from Dr Peters with no scarring or discomfort. I highly recommend Peters Derm!
