I had such a positive experience at Central Oregon Dermatology Clinic when I brought my son in for his appointment. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled with incredible efficiency—we were in and out before I even finished the new patient paperwork! The doctor and nurse were both exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and warm, which immediately put both of us at ease. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel confident that my son is in excellent hands. As a self-pay patient, I also want to note how reasonably priced their services are. It’s such a relief to find high-quality care that is accessible and affordable. We are truly thankful for the outstanding care and value we received.

The doctor here barely gives you the time of day when you go in. Both times I’ve been there the doctor was in the room for less than 2 minutes. I went to a different dermatologist to get a full body check and they found something that the Dr Hall missed.

Got scheduled for an appointment but never received a reminder or email letting me know when it was. (My dentist office calls me and sends me multiple reminders about an upcoming appointment). After getting an unexpected bill in the mail about a no call no show, I called the office about it. The guy I talked to was being super short with me and giving me false information. He lied to me about how I should have received a phone call a few days prior to my appointment but my phone records didn’t show that. He appointed me to call another help line and just hung up. Overall I had a good experience meeting with my dr but the front office needs guy needs a vacation!

They are always pretty rude when I go in with my sister and they told us not to come in if we have allergies? They are unprofessional and rude staff

Matt Firebaugh PA-C, was excellent. He took the time to listen about all my concerns, and gave me several choices to best treat my condition. You can tell he really cares about his patients. I highly recommend him!

I now have direct experience. Dr Hall and his assistant Kathleen have provided both excellent inspection and diagnosis of my skin cancer. They provided treatment options and a recommendation. I had a scheduling problem which they helped overcome. Every stage of inspection, diagnosis, treatment was done effectively and with the best patient support. Both get my highest recommendation. Matthew Firebaugh is an excellent provider, helped me get my scalp and ear issues under control! He took time with me and answered all my questions and concerns, talked through different treatment options. Such a helpful and pleasant experience! Will definitely return in future when needed!
