Online check in ahead of time makes the check in take one minute. I waited no more than three minutes before I was taken back to a room. The medical assistant is friendly and efficient. The doctor arrived in the room very soon. He is also friendly and efficient! I am extremely happy with my care at this office.

Aspen was as good as you could hope for. Professional, friendly, quick, yet very thorough. Everyone, including the doctor, was first rate. I will be going back because I have to. But I’d be going back because I want to. Highly recommended…..

I saw Sarah Butts PA. She was incredibly disrespectful. She lectured me on having a tiny spot removed instead of giving me the exam that I drove 40 miles to receive. She took issue with my personal desire to only have an upper body exam. She changed the nature of my appointment in MyHealth to be a "mole recheck" not a "Yearly Exam" and then faked her notes. I rarely leave a clinicians office as angry as I was. It is MY body but she made it clear that SHE controlled my decisions. Faking her notes is 100% FRAUD. ***I give 2 stars because DR. OLSEN IS GREAT!!

I feel comfortable with Aspen Mountain Dermatology, they are straight forward, they listen and take a very good look at your body, even your toes get a good once over, if any test that are taken the results come in fairly quickly so you are not waiting long for your next steps, if any. I feel as if I am in good hands with my body’s health in this manner.

This dermatology office is an absolute gem. You actually get a voice on the end when you call! Excellent customer service excellent office staff and good providers. Easy parking and definitely worth seeing for your Derm needs. Kudos front desk, Michelle, who was absolutely wonderful!

I'm not very familiar with the area and plugged in directions to the clinic. Be it the internet gremlins or operator error, I realized I wasn't heading in the right direction. I called the front desk and spoke to the Receptionist confirming and correcting for the right address. She said she would let the doctors know I was running late. This detour caused me to be 10 minutes late. This is my complaint... I walked up to the Receptionist, and apologized explaining again what happened. The lady behind me said it had happened to her as well. The receptionist needs to find her voice of DISCRETION if not sympathy/empathy or understanding. She looked me up and proclaimed I was 10 minutes late for my appointment for all in the waiting room to hear , as if i didn't know or had called her 10 minutes before that. I was immediately embarrassed and apologized again. She said she'd have to check with the doctors if they'd still be able to see me. When she finished with the others in line and spoke with the doctor. When she came back up she walked right up to my chair and, again proclaimed the doctor had asked to reschedule me, for all sitting around me to hear. I am an adult woman, 40 next year, at my very first appointment with a dermatologist, My face had broken out into an acne/rash due to other maladies. I was already embarrassed despite her lack of discretion, and I'm traveling from outside the city and do not know how to get to anywhere further or than right off the free way without directions. As I got up to the desk, she offered an 8am the next day and a Thursday appointment and relayed the doctor had a surgery scheduled next as the final appointment of the day. I had a feeling, so I asked her, did you actually tell the doctors I was running late? After trying to recollect her memory of a phone call, she says no I didn't tell them, I got busy and forgot I did come back in after a moment and pulled her aside, tearful and said it hadn't been necessary to make that comment in front of everyone.

Dr. Keith Olsen has been a tremendous dermatologist to work with. He's very consultative, efficient, and pleasant to work with. I wholeheartedly trust him and think Aspen Mountain Dermatology does an outstanding job all around. Would highly recommend!
