I love Kukumber! To be clear, I have never done laser hair removal before so I have no experiences to compare. But I felt very cared for here and the treatments have been instantly effective. A small misunderstanding about the service I wanted was instantly corrected. Ravine is highly skilled and knowledgeable and it's really easy and helpful to talk with Brooke about any additional questions I have or services I'm wanting. As a larger and older woman, I feel very accepted and welcomed here (though the tables feel a little narrow and unstable for me). I really love that Kukumber makes a point to welcome and support LGBTQ and particularly trans customers. Highly recommended!

I love love love this place! I was sort of intimidated by the front desk staff who are gorgeous and of course I came in looking like a toad my first visit, but wow everyone is so incredibly sweet and helpful! I was very quick to sign up for the membership and genuinely look forward to the incredible facials and friendly chit chats I have with the girls while i wait for my aesthetician. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone who needs any of their services.

My aesthetician Raveen is super nice and gentle with her treatments, i would definitely recommend to book with her! CYRENA IS THE BEST!!!! I’ve been removing a blackout sleeve and I’ve had the best experience there. I’ve been to other places and Kucumber is by far been the best. I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. I’ve also had Botox there and I feel like I’ve had the best result as well with Kucumber. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Very accommodating to my needs and concerns. Very inviting lobby area. Fresh fruit offered by the ladies at the front desk. Clinician acknowledged my anxiety and showed great empathy and alleviated it. She was gentle and let me know what she was doing throughout the entire procedure. A+++
