Review for Dr. Hye-Jin Gehring A Wonderful Dermatologist! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Dr. Hye-Jin Gehring, a.k.a. Super Jin, highly enough! From the moment I stepped into her office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The customer service is truly exceptional, making every visit a pleasant experience. Dr. Gehring is absolutely one of the best dermatologists I've ever encountered. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and provides thorough explanations about the treatments and options available. Her expertise is evident, and I always leave feeling informed and reassured. If you're looking for a dermatologist who genuinely cares about her patients and delivers excellent care, look no further than Dr. Hye-Jin Gehring, Super Jin! Thank you, Dr. Gehring, for everything you do!

I've been here before and loved the experience however the provider I was seeing is no longer working there. At my most recent visit, I don't even think I got 5 full minutes with the provider. The experience was extremely rushed and left me feeling quite unpleasant as I did not feel I was able to ask the questions I had and the provider walked out mid question. When I saw RN Hye-Jin Gehring, it felt like a tornado came blasting into the room and abruptly left. I'm not sure if I'll be going back after this experience. Quite disappointed.

Well, they need to comunícate better. I have been trying to reach out to the medical staff for my son’s new medication. I have left several messages to call me back to see what will be the next step (where to pick the new medication) and NO ONE has called me back. I would really appreciate of they call me back!

Terribly run medical practice that places no value on patient care rather they just process you. Also they utilize an in house lab where the docs are forced to send to. This lab is another tool for the practice to make money off of you. Do not and I mean do not let this practice send your specimens to their own lab. As a patient you deserve a choice of labs that will better align with patient care, turn around time, and insurance. A reference lab will be less expensive and provide better care. It took over 15 days to get a diagnosis on my biopsy which was melanoma. A normal reference lab would’ve been 3-5 days. After that they acted like they didn’t care lacking follow up and any patient centered care. Stay as far away from this practice at all costs.

Definitely the worst dermatology appointment I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff seemed confused, unclear, and unsure of how to do their jobs. They even misgendered me right away based solely on my name, which shows how careless, unprofessional, and ignorant they are. My appointment with Dr. Ingelman was extremely short. He gave me no new information, barely looked at me, didn’t examine me, and simply refilled a prescription before leaving. It felt like a complete scam disguised as a medical visit. A few days later, I received a $500 bill for a "level 4" visit, which is supposedly reserved for the most serious skin conditions. All I have is a small patch of eczema that he didn’t even bother to examine. Charging me at that level is fraudulent billing, plain and simple. When I called the office about the outrageous bill, the staff once again proved how incompetent they are. They couldn’t explain the charges, stumbled through incorrect information, and then pushed the blame onto my insurance instead of owning their own mistakes. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing and hide behind excuses instead of helping patients. Overall, this place is unprofessional, careless, and unethical. The staff and doctor are uneducated, unwilling to provide real care, and only concerned with overbilling. This practice is a scam and a waste of money. Avoid it at all costs.

Made an appointment to get a mole removed They told me over the phone they could do that no problem. Went to the appointment and the dermatologist clearly didn't want to do it. He shared that he has had too many negative results and doesn't like to do mole removals (I had a small mole on my neck and have had many removed in the past without issue) I wish they would have provided me that information before I went to the appointment and got charged for them to do nothing.

My son had rashes on his body. He was not even two at the time. Dr. Francis recommended topical steroids diluted, 2 times a day for three months. I feel like that was to aggressive and not addressing the issue. At my sons follow up appointment I asked her if she had ever heard of Red Skin Syndrom (RSS) and Topical steroid withdrawal (TSW). She said her patients don't get this. I tried to discuss further but didn't feel I was getting anywhere. She told me I was being a negligent parent. Why are steroids used? Rashes are a symptom. Steroids mask them. I will not be seeking her advice again and it was hard to pay $300 per visit x2 for her advice for my son's health. She clearly has her head in the sand.
