I’m almost finished with my third laser hair removal session and the results are incredible. I had my entire legs, bikini area, and underarms treated, and the hair that grows back is incredibly fine and almost invisible. The technique it’s fantastic: she adjusted the settings perfectly for my skin type, so it was effective but never uncomfortable (it feels like a light, warm prick). The sessions are quick, Diane is wonderful 🤩, and the clinic is spotless. Yes, it’s an investment, but compared to waxing or shaving your whole life, it’s already paid for itself. If you’re thinking about it, do it! Smooth skin all year round is worth it! 💖💖

I’ve had two IPL sessions with Diane, and I must say—my skin is absolutely glowing. There was some redness for a few hours after each session, but once it settled, my skin looked as radiant as if I had just gotten a facial. I originally came to Diane for darker under-eye discoloration & brown spots and with every visit, I feel like my skin is improving and returning to how it looked 10 years ago. I’m completely sold on IPL, and I also have to mention Diane’s dedication and how thoroughly she explains every step of the process. Her knowledge and care truly make a difference. I would definitely recommend this location and Diane for her amazing work. I appreciate you Diane!!!!

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. I was treated by Elizabeth Yun and she really impressed me with both her knowledge and compassion. The staff were always friendly and patient so I would never go anywhere else in Seattle. When discussing my care I mentioned feeling like all I was doing was band-aid solutions that never solved my skin condition long term. Ms. Yun found a solution for me even though I needed one that would work when I moved to Japan (my prescribed medicine is also available there) and even when my insurance initially said that I was covered, she fixed that issue before I could message about it. She also made sure I was fully prepared with notes to make it as easy as possible to get my prescription when I moved. I really value the care given here!

Grateful for Dr Levy, Diane, Holly, and Elizabeth and staff who always check-in and look for ways to make the experience as comfortable as possible, no matter the issue. The CARE that these offices (Bellevue & Burien) provide is outstanding. This is healthcare and self care done right.
