Dr Bunas was professional, decisive and extremely knowledgeable. As a young guy cruising along in life without much understanding or knowledge about skin cancer, I can genuinely say I’m thankful to have ended up in the care of Dr Bunas. Without "panicking" me, he gave his recommendation & moved things around in his schedule to perform a surgery on me. He cared. He stayed in touch. He communicated the results and gave guidance. Thank you Dr and to everyone looking for a dermatologist, you couldn’t be in better hands here.

I recently moved to the Seattle area from out of state. When moving to the area, one of my main concerns was whether I would be able to continue a treatment I had previously started before moving here and changing insurance companies (a treatment that requires pre-authorization from insurance). Dr. Bunas and his staff have been very attentive to my concerns and have been willing to go above and beyond to help ensure I can continue my treatment. I have been very pleased with every aspect of their service.

I visited Dr Bunas clinic for my skin and hair issue. Since I moved to Seattle, I started getting breakouts and experience lot of hair fall. During my first visit he gave me prescription for my acne, that solved issue within 10 days.. i got more clearer skin.. acne were reduced by 60% within a week. he suggested some changes to products I used for hair and skin, I did that change, and my hairfall reduced too.. I dont know why people say it otherwise in some reviews, but you need to have patience when you are getting treatment .. I would say go visit him.. His staff is great too 🙂

I went to the doctor a few month ago for a procedure on my back and to have a few skin tags remove. When I received the bill the doctor had coded the skin tags instead they coded as acne. Of course my insurance did not pay it. I called Silver Falls Dermatology about the procedure they said that they could not change what on the chart but they resubmit to the insurance, and again the claim was denied. I went ahead and pay the bill but will not see this doctor again. His mention in dealing with patience chart is unethical.

I found Dr. Bunas when we moved to Bellevue a while ago. I do not have anything severe but need advice at times for minor issues and also need an annual cancer skin screening. Dr. Bunas resulted to be professional and honest – the creams and shampoos he recited to me helped me a lot and the annual cancer screening is thoroughly done. I recommend his services.

Very upset with actions of Dr Bunas. Made an appt for my daughter n granddaughter for skin issues n hair loss. Dr Bunas would not take a skin scraping as just assumed that my daughter skin issue n hair loss r do to using drugs n had zero concern about my granddaughter. Said she appears to be very stressed...ya because of concerned health issues n not one doctor including u Dr Bunas cares or takes her serious. We just need to know if there r any infections fungal or bacterial n if not fine we can at least go another direction n see counceling and maybe it is stress related n she's aggravating by picking it. How can we without proper tests! Dr Bunas had no problem taking my 225.00 for those 2 appts booked back to back n basically told her she was out of time n he had other patients. Didn't know appts where timed at a dermatologist office! Assuming one is just plain crazy or a druggie makes you a fool Dr Bunas. But suggested she make a follow-up appointment with him...why u didn't even take skin samples. Your actions of concern n compassion r a joke. I feel totally ripped off n I'm sure I was. Wouldn't recommend you never!

Not useful. Didn't listen to my primary request (for a biopsey) for wgicw I was referred by my ND. Didn't know what he had given me when I returned for the second visit, and didn't remember (notes?) what I even came for. Wrote him a letter and cancelled the third visit, and received no acknowledgement or answer. Still have the skin issue and his last statement was "well you don't really care what it is if it goes away, right? Clearly didn't even recall it was a referare, from another doctor for a lab test. And apparently doesn't care at all.
