Bellevue Dermatology Clinic

Special Thanks to Dr. Gogenola. He is fantastic. My purpose of today's visit was just suture stich removal. I casually asked him about my skin check dermotology exam. I knew that it was already his lunch hour and had to set up an appointment. However, he was so kindly offering the exam immediately. Dr. Gogenola is very funny, kind, and caring. He explained to me about my procedure very thoroughly. Also, the front desk ladies were very respectful and professional. I have nothing but good experiences.

Terrible experience. I arrived on time, checked in, and ended up waiting about 45 minutes. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told the doctor (Dr KUECHLE) didn’t know when she’d be able to see me because she was still with another patient. I left frustrated. The next day, while I was at work, they even called my emergency contact trying to get me to return to the clinic that same day. When I asked about my previous swab test results, the staff insisted that I had to discuss them with the doctor because she wanted to perform a biopsy. The way they explained it made it sound like I might have something seriously wrong—like a possible skin cancer—which caused a lot of unnecessary stress. After all of that, I went back in and was dismissed within minutes. No biopsy after all, because the doctor said my skin looked "a bit better." She then asked me to come back again in two weeks—this would have been my fourth visit within a month. I scheduled the appointment, only for it to be canceled because the doctor wouldn’t be in the office that day. Extremely poor communication, unnecessary emotional stress, repeated visits with no clear purpose, and frequent scheduling issues. I do not recommend this clinic.

I've been going to Bellevue dermatology for years over 10 seeing Dr Liu. When I first met Dr Liu I was one day away from being hospitalized and a few days away from not being at all. Dr Liu is amazing he got me on the right medication and got my psoriasis all types of it under control quickly and without going into the hospital. He didn't just do this because he's an amazing doctor which he is, he is also A caring and wonderful man. I have complex health issues multiple unfortunately however Dr Lou has done everything in his power to keep me as healthy as possible!! There is no better dermatologist specializing in psoriasis! Prior to meeting Dr Liu I saw at least 6 to 7 different dermatologists and none of them had half of he passion for desire to help you and continue to help you stay healthy like Dr. Liu. I would give him 50 stars 100 stars or even 1,000 Stars if it was possible. Thank you Dr Liu for all do and all the years you have added to my life. Karyn Michaels

I would never go back to this dermatology. The dermatologist needed a patient to visit 3 times to fix 1 simple sympton which could just use a simple surgery to cut it off. The first 2 visits didn't improve the symptom at all. She could have suggested to use the simple surgery and patiently explain the procedure, but she was rushed for the first 2 visits until the demand for the surgery at the last visit which we thought could be complicated and that fixed the issue already. I needed to pay over $150 for each office visits, which is a waste of money and feel like a ripped off when trying to get a professional advice and got nothing!

Had a really terrific experience here as a new patient. Dr. Kuechle was recommended to me by a coworker. When I originally called, her soonest availability was in less than 2 weeks which I feel is much sooner than other clinics I’ve gone to in the past. The staff was all very kind and Dr. Kuechle really took her time to answer all of my questions and discuss all of my treatment options, and the pros and cons of each one. I never felt rushed during my appointment. When I had an issue with my pharmacy, the MA went above and beyond to resolve it right away and immediately followed back up with me, even though it was on a Friday afternoon.

I had a truly outstanding experience at Bellevue Dermatology Clinic. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The team was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns with genuine compassion. They didn’t rush through my appointment but instead made sure I felt heard and understood. The medical assistant (Azita) was exceptionally professional and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and comfortable. Their attention to detail and kindness made a real difference in my visit. It's rare to find a healthcare team that goes the extra mile to ensure a positive experience, and I can confidently say this office does exactly that. If you're looking for skilled professionals who truly care about their patients, this is the place to go!"

I had a great first experience with Bellevue Dermatology. I will continue to return as a patient to see PA Christine Hwang, as I really felt like she took the time to thoroughly listen and assess my concerns. She was very knowledgeable and I felt that I was in good hands during my visit. The front office staff was kind and professional, and I was seen in a timely manner. Parking is ample, and the office easy to find as it's directly off the parking lot. Scheduling was a breeze for all of my future and follow up appointments, and I am glad that I can stop searching for a derm office in Bellevue that checks off all my boxes.
