I arrived for my appointment 30 minutes before the scheduled time as directed by my confirmation email. I signed in at 1:45 for a 2:15 appointment . I was put in a room at 2:45 I waited until 4 pm when I finally got up and left. I have been a patient here for years and had never had a bad experience until today. I’ll find someone else who can schedule a little better going forward. I’m done with these folks!!

Went today for my dads yearly check up. Had a standing appointment from last year for his yearly check up. Got there for them to tell me he didn’t have an appointment....then to say that he did have an appointment in the old system that they didn’t call and cancel, because they no longer or at this time do not accept his insurance. Had me fill out new patient information to find out that my disabled retired veteran father drove an hour to appointment that they were not going to see. DO NOT GO THERE. Very bad business practice in my opinion. I have an appointment card with an appointment for today and was turned AWAY!!!!

I see the bad reviews, but that is not my experience. I was seen months ago for an acne issue. I returned for my recheck & the 1st treatment was not working. They prescribed a different treatment plan. While there I asked them to look @ a growth on my hand. They removed it immediately & sent it off for biopsy. All physicians offices are busy, you are going to wait Everywhere. If your Dr office isn't busy, RUN!

Horrible experience. He was not thorough, at all. He scanned me quickly & from a distance, not even looking at 50% of my body. He said something looked cancerous, and told his nurse something about a #7 biopsy or something like that, but did not do a biopsy. He said they'd schedule me to have a cyst removed, but the check out nurse said he didn't request anything to be scheduled. When he was done, he said "everything looks fine, is there anything else you'd like me to look at?" I tried to turn my arm over because he didn't inspect it, and he grabbed my wrist & turned my arm back over. I didn't bother asking him to look into the other things that I had explained to 2 different nurses. I don't understand why they ask, if he isn't going to read any of it. They didn't have any shorts larger than a medium. When I told them it wouldn't fit, I was given another medium. I ended up sitting naked, facing the door, with a large paper towel for coverage. He did not knock before opening that door. * ZERO stars. It was a complete waste of time & money.

Had an appointment for my son a week ago and still waiting for the dr to do a prior authorization so that I can get his meds! Every time I call it’s always a different person! I’ve spoken to over 10 people and still no authorization! The med that was prescribed is over 1k! I paid cash for the visit! Sadly we won’t be returning!

I see bad reviews. I went for my first visit yesterday. I had a lengthy wait. Facts are everything is hurry up and wait. The other Dermatologist I called in the area were 4 months ou ton appointments. They got me next day. Extremely pleased with staff and my experience.

The check in was fast and easy. It wasnt long before i went into a room. I was being seen because of scalp and hair lost. Also something on my leg that look like a mold. It had start growing. They took a sample of that to send off. As far as my hair lost, i was told it could be diet oe stress. No scraping of the scalp to test. Just to make sure nothing was there that couldn't be seen by the eye.. i wish that would have been done. They were fast and friendly, but i think they missed a very important step, concering my scalp. The shampoo is not working, because the scalp is worse. Maybe it will take some time to work.
