The Dermatology Specialists - Bayside

I always have a positive and very supportive experience during the visits at this dermatology center. Doctors and other medical employees are very respectful and very helpful. They explain the medical condition very clearly and they assign the appropriate treatment. They are very nice and they are excellent professionals. I greatly recommend this dermatology office to everybody.

I went there for a mark on my face. Dr stood on his stool looking at me from 6 ft away. Never came near me to look. Said everything is fine. Got up and that was it. No looking. No touching. I have Medicare and anthem health insurance. They are billing me $149 for that visit if you want to call it a visit. 2/5/25. Never again. Never. Now I’m getting bills. I’m calling channel 7 news. I’m done with this place !!! Channel 7 will help me. I will be getting a second opinion and will be posting pics of my face. And they call. Send bills. Wait until my lawyer gets the pic of my face. I have find a way to put the pic up. Next time a bill comes to my house dr Trager can look at my face. He left me with that big patch. On my face. Now tell me if this is acceptable. To any of you reading this review!!

In person service is somewhat acceptable with a moderate wait time but the whole process around getting prescriptions is completely trash. Confirmation can take up to more than 4 business days and you have to wait for over a week to get time sensitive medication.

I found this specialist on line by google searching. Their website offered a link to see their availability, click and make an appointment and amazingly I was able to schedule just an hour later. The office was clean, friendly staff and I seen a doctor with less than 15 minute wait time. This never happens ever! I was in and out within an hour total. Very satisifed on the entire experience.

I arrived 15 min early to my appointment to complete paperwork. Scheduling appointments and paperwork were easy. But then, I waited for an hour. I then had to wait in a gown in the cold for 5-10min. It was incredibly unpleasant physically. They have no water either. That being said, the entire staff was pleasant and the doctor took time to answer all my questions. She was awesome. They do need to work on their scheduling.

Was taken as an emergency on a Saturday. Nice clean office and very friendly staff. I didn't wait long and the forms were sent to my phone and easy to fill out. Dr. was kind and helpful.

I don’t think I ever been so impressed with a doctors office. The front desk helped me beyond what they had to do! The team was thorough made sure all my concerns were addressed and helped me to get everything I needed! Definitely coming back!
