I came to Dr. Jennifer Lore-Ayala for acne treatment and have seen real improvement. Booking is easy, the wait time is reasonable, and the visits are efficient. Highly recommend.

Im a new patient..everything was going good until they Assumed I use walgreens pharmacy...Now I filled out my pharmacy phone number and adress on the paperwork..I stepped outside to wait for my ride and walgreens texts me to pick up my prescription..Hello! I walked back inside and told the girl at the desk I dont use walgreens I use CVS in whitestone...I got home and walgreens texts me again So I called walgreens which is now Duane Reed! They cancelled out my prescription as they cant forward it..Day 2 still trying to contact this schweiger group texting calling leaving messages and Nothing! No prescriptions! How pathetic are these people?

Dr Mainwaring was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to others.

The botox never lasted beyond a month for one of the PA’s and the office won’t allow you to schedule with another. Strange place.

I've been going here for over a year and liked them until they started using an AI answering machine and assistant now it's so Frustrating to make an appointment I've been on the phone for over 35 minutes just trying to talk to an actual person… Thinking of going somewhere else now

Having a biopsy done at Schweigers got results that were positive for advanced Basel Cell I needed to have Moh's Surgery and needed to go to another place to have it done as in the past each time the surgeon would get the results the same day or next morning enabling them to set up a fast appointment. However, since my dermatologist was taken over by this huge corporation Schwriger and is Not a family practice anymore, I am still waiting for my biopsy results to be sent to my surgeon has it now been 4 days my surgeon is still waiting. After calling Schweigers at least everyday and my surgeon office calling them also they either say to leave a message and no one calls back or you speak to someone who tells you will have to wait 3 or 4 days. Since when should it take this long to send out the records? Its been now 4 days and no one has gotten back to us. Outrageous!! Morale to this story is if you want personal and attentive care and no red tape, please go to family oriented physcian who will look out for you, and not ghost you as if you don't exist.

Fantastic dermatology office! Dr. Jennifer Lore-Ayala was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough during my appointment. She made me feel comfortable throughout and took the time to answer all of my questions. I'm really happy with my experience and highly recommend both this office and Dr. Lore-Ayala to anyone looking for a new dermatologist.
