I’ve been a client at Louisiana Laserderm for over 11 years, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this place. From day one, the entire team has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming. Abby and Valerie have taken such wonderful care of me over the years — they feel more like friends than providers at this point. I’ve had a wide variety of services including laser hair removal, RF microneedling, CO2, Sublative, Hydrafacial, and Dysport, and every single experience has been exceptional. The results are always fantastic, and I completely trust their expertise and recommendations. Honestly, I’ve never had one complaint in all these years. Sometimes I schedule treatments just to go see my team — that’s how much I enjoy being there. If you’re looking for a place that combines top-tier treatments with genuine care and consistency, Louisiana Laserderm is it. Highly, highly recommend!

The best people and service ever. They are so wonderful, kind, helpful and they WANT to help you. I worked with Valarie and she was not only so great to work with but also the tattoo removal process was out of this world good. I can not recommend these people enough. My wife was trying to get a small tattoo of a name on her ring finger... 4 sessions, 6mths later and over $300 in the hole the name hardly faded. We ended up covering it up. Definitely feel like we were taken advantage of.

I emailed Abbie my desire to receive a natural pink lip tattoo. I was told that in two sessions I’d have the color I desired. I not only don’t have the desired color, I have nowhere near a pink shade. I’m stuck with a strange color that I was told would turn the shade I requested once I finished my second session. After the second session I explained to Abbie I was not in any way pleased. I paid $600 expecting to receive results that I was promised. Abbie seemed to have a good attitude during the two sessions, but, she offered me no solution to fixing the issue whatsoever. She said I’d have to pay another $400 and even then the color may still not be achieved. I was never told prior that I’d need that many sessions. She told me after the two sessions I’d only have to come back a year or so later for a touch up which was understandable. I would have never agreed to going forward with the service had I been told the truth up front.

I have had 2 tattoo removal sessions so far at Louisiana Laserderm. Everyone is friendly and answered all my questions before my first treatment. I was sent home with easy to follow aftercare instructions as well. One of the two tattoos is already showing great results with 2 treatments. My other tattoo is older and darker so it may take longer to disappear. I also love the beverage station as a nice treat when I am done with my session.

I love it here, every employee I have encountered has been amazing as well as the owner. I keep coming back for them- the place I’ve always felt most comfortable and want to give my business to as opposed to just getting a service but hating the experience. I love booking with Shelley, she always looks out for who you are as a patient and always greets you with a smile when you walk through the door. She is the only office manager I remember the name of in Baton Rouge and that’s saying something! She’s the best!Customer for life over here.
