5 stars, all day long. Dr. Luckett knows her stuff and my child will go nowhere else. The whole visit was a delight. I think I waited in the reception area for 8 minutes and 5 of that was filling out new patient forms. Staff was all polite and their whole process was very streamlined. Dr. Luckett was professional, kind, and even got my notoriously grouchy baby to laugh. She didn't offer the typical "well it could be this or this or this" I've seen elsewhere. Just straight to it with a diagnosis and offered me all the medical explanations of it. Then she shocked me. She offered my child treatment options! Not just a blanket regimen or some crap off a spreadsheet. 3 whole treatment plans, from least aggressive to the nuclear option, and discussed them all in detail with me. Everything from immediate medical need to long term management of the issue was covered in our conversation. Would absolutely recommend this group to anyone, but especially Dr. Luckett.

Dr. Katy Luckett is an outstanding physician. She is kind, thorough, and takes her time to explain everything from beginning to end. She is honest, respectful, and relatable. I have moved a lot with school and have had many different physicians. By far, she is the best dermatologist I have ever had.

Dr. Luckett is absolutely amazing. Having severe skin reactions to cancer treatments, she has gone far and above my expectations. We made a plan to see her 4 days after each treatment. Slowly but surely my skin is getting better.

I always have a wonderful experience here! The staff is so kind and friendly, you actually get seen at your appointment time and Dr. Brantley never makes me feel rushed. He explains things in a way I understand. Highly recommend!

Dr. Brantley is so sweet and caring! He’s gentle and listens and always has a smile on his face. The office is so warm and welcoming and very calm and professional. His staff always greets you with a smile and you certainly can tell they love their jobs and it’s not just "work". Thanks for taking care of me and my mom over the years! Will send anyone I know your way.

I love this dermatology clinic. I've been coming here for my alopecia since I was 8 and I'm almost 25 now. Dr. Brantly is always willing to consider what treatment options I want to try. I went from being totally bald to almost a full head of hair thanks to these guys. Edit: Changing my review because I aged out of my parents insurance. I was given a list of Medicaid insurances they don't take. Specifically picked my current plan based on that list. Was told the day before I could not attend my appointment. Can't wait to go bald for the third time. I'm not mad I'm just disappointed that they were completely unwilling to work with me. I still think Dr.Brantly is a fantastic dermatologist I'm just frustrated with the front staff. Especially given that I dropped $70 to pay off a past due balance only to be told I'm SOL. I was also told to "just change health insurance plans" as if that's something one can do on a whim. I'm very disappointed.

Calais Dermatology, in my opinion, is the best Dermatology Clinic in Louisiana. They have taken care of myself, my Mom, & my daughter - (3 Generations!) My most recent visit was yesterday where I saw the Nurse Practitioner Gloria. I was having a very tough time with my skin and I really needed someone to help/listen to me. I have probably never met a more kind human being than Gloria. She explained everything in depth, took her time with me, & went above & beyond. I 100% recommend this clinic, they are the BEST!
