Shocked to see these reviews. I had a very positive experience at the office in Avon. Staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Caroline was great.

Caroline is awesome. Extremely thorough for annual skin cancer full body screening and she has a pleasant personality.

I have no idea how this starling location has a 2 star when it should be a 5 star location. I see all different specialty doctors under the starling physicians name (neurology, cardiology , rheumatology, dermatology ). Besides my neurologist, Ajay Shulka, this office is hands down the most compassionate, caring, supportive doctors office I have EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. I’ve been sick with long covid for a year dealing with the evolving diseases that came from it and this office was the ONLY starling office beside my neurologist that took care of me and made me have faith in doctors again. All the nurses are amazing and my doctor, Caroline Lurz, is the BEST doctor I have ever had. I drive 35 minutes to see her and I would drive another hour just to see her and ONLY her. Caroline is AMAZING and she will be my dermatologist until she retires!!!! If you’re looking for a GREAT dermatology experience, this office is the one ☝️ I don’t write a lot of reviews but when I saw the reviews on this location, I had to.

The communication from the offices has deteriorated recently. On two occasions we experienced inefficiency between physicians' offices and also no communication from one office to us which caused an unnecessary trip for us to New Britain. We are not happy with the service.

The dermatologist I go see, Dr. Pennington is amazing. The office staff? I can never get in touch with these people. Good luck trying to reach them on the phone.

Not even worthy of one star. Service is horrible and it takes 4-5 calls to renew an RX. STRONGLY recommend you go somewhere else.
