Hi.i recently got a treatment done in radiance Medspa Avon. I had a very nice experience there.the owner n rest of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. My treatment was done by np Jecqui. She is so good in her work plus friendly and very knowledgeable .im thankful to her n rest of staff. I recommend this place for anyone looking for aesthetic facial and body treatments.

I recently a procedure done at this wonderful spa. I cannot say enough about Mel and Nev. They made me feel so at ease and help me with my decision With a lip filler.. I am 66 years old and was a little reluctant. Mel made me feel so beautiful and her procedure was done extremely professional… Nev is always there if you need her for anything. Even when she is not working. I have created a wonderful bond with these women. The owner, Mark Is so honest and he has the best products on the market. I did my research before going there A year ago. I had a fraxel done by Mel..After the healing process I look 10 years younger. And it certainly gave me a boost in my self esteem. What I love most is they treat you family, not a franchise and they have all worked there for years. I highly recommend them.

I recently visited this location for a VI peel, hoping for great results before my wedding. Unfortunately, I ended up developing a scar-like mark on my face, which was later explained to me as hyperpigmentation due to my skin type (dark skin - olive). I was told this is a rare occurrence, but I wish I had been warned about this risk in advance—especially since I have never experienced such a significant issue with my skin before. This experience has been extremely distressing, particularly with my big day approaching. The business did provide me with some products to help, but I was charged $150 "at cost," which I feel should have been fully covered given the circumstances. While everyone I interacted with was polite and professional, the outcome has left me afraid to return. The face is such an important area, and experiencing this right before a crucial life event has been very upsetting. Sadly, I do not feel comfortable coming back. I believe that when it comes to facial treatments, all potential risks—no matter how rare—should be clearly communicated. If I had known, I would have reconsidered. I hope my experience raises awareness for others considering this treatment, and I encourage the business to take more proactive care of their clients in similar situations.

I called and spoke with the owner Mark. I had several questions and he was incredibly patient and transparent with information and pricing. Then towards the end of the call, I realized I was calling Avon, CT not Avon, OH. I was so disappointed I made that mistake because I felt this was the best place to be.

I am a long time customer of RadianceMedspan in Avon. I cannot recommend Jess enough for hydrofacials and peals. She is thoroughly knowledgeable with products, treatments and providing honest and sound advice. She takes the time to explain every step in detail and promotes a truly wonderful experience. Jess has transformed my skin, and skincare routine. She has done wonders for me. I consider her a gem in the beauty world!!

The wonderful ladies at Medspa Radiance - Nev, Mel and Jess I cannot say enough about how accommodating, friendly and personable these three professionals interact and treat each customer/patient. In this day an age its refreshing to deal with them at each appointment because they love what they do and it shows. They make you feel welcome and its an absolute pleasure interacting with them.
