LVS La Vie Med Spas + Day Spa

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The space is beautiful, clean, and so relaxing. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring they took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable the entire visit. My results exceeded my expectations, and I already can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a med spa that truly prioritizes quality, safety, and client experience, this is the place. Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue, but I feel compelled to share my awful experience with this salon’s service. I went in for a root touch-up and a haircut with Joe. I specifically asked him to ensure the color wasn’t too dark, as the rest of my hair was lighter due to sun exposure and previous coloring. Unfortunately, the result was completely off—my roots were brownish-black (see the photo). When I said to Joe it was almost black, he assured me the color would lighten after a few washes. Any experienced colorist knows that permanent color does not lighten with washing. To make matters worse, my ears and forehead were covered in dye, which Joe neither prevented nor cleaned up. I regret not taking a photo because I have never had this issue at any salon before, not even when I color my own hair at home. The haircut was just as disappointing. Instead of the layered look I requested, my hair was unevenly chopped (as shown in the second photo, taken at another salon a month later). I went to my stylist in LA a month later, who spent four hours coloring my hair in 3 stages to fix it. And she showed me how my haircut was uneven and choppy (see photo). This was a very expensive visit with money and damage done to my hair.

The nurse at the front desk did my injections which I was hesitant about. I've been getting Botox for over 10 years and I've never had an experience like this. The injections hurt so bad I literally yelped at one point. She was applying so much pressure on the syringe that her hand was shaking. My face feels bruised and I've had a really bad headache since. Injections should never hurt more than a small pinch. Will update when results set in. Pray no droopy eyelids for me.

Botox and under-eye filler. The staff was friendly, communicative, and very professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the results were some of the worst I’ve experienced. I typically receive 40 units of Botox and start seeing results within 1–2 days. This was my first time getting 50 units, but even after two weeks there was no visible change at all. I came back for an additional 20 units and still saw almost no improvement. I also received under-eye filler, and whether it was the product or the placement, the outcome aged me significantly—made me look 10 years older rather than feeling refreshed.

The ladies at LVS are extremely attentive and sweet. I got Botox here and my treatment was super fast and painless! I’d definitely recommend LVS to anyone!

Great place! Got treatment from McKenzie and she did a great job. I am anxious and she made me feel at ease while being very professional. The owner is very attentive, and pays high attention to detail. I am glad I found this place. I definitely will be coming back.

I always have a wonderful experience at LVS La Vie Med Spa on Rainey. Vickmay, the owner is so kind and fabulous. She pays excellent attention with all of her services and I'm always pleased with the outcome. I adore her cheerful salon and always feel welcome and happy. Pro tip: her massage chair is the best!
