Greater Austin Allergy, Asthma & Immunology- Four Points

I appreciate my experience here so much, that I will gladly drive 90 minutes to arrive (we moved further west). Since the start—they knew exactly what I needed—and were the first office that knew what "Delayed Pressure Urticaria" is & how to treat it. Too many doctors don’t know about the condition, whatsoever. DPU can be treated with Xolair, and helped me get treatment when my old insurance company wouldn’t provide coverage; I’ve since been approved through my insurance. The DPU is improving and I don’t require Xolair injections as frequently as when I started, in 2019. Dr. Cox is a swell guy with great vibes! The front desk team is always sweet & attentive; the techs are kind. You will appreciate the care provided here.

Dr. Cox is thorough, takes his time, goes above and beyond in taking care of you and is very knowledgeable. Rosalinda the receptionist is always so pleasant and welcoming. You can ask her any question or have a request and she takes care of it always with a smile and can-do attitude. KB recently returned to the clinic and what a difference it's made with the shot experience. She's knowledgeable, careful and pleasant. I can't recommend this office enough for your allergy/immunology needs.

I love all the staff! They are always so nice and welcoming! They are so sweet and always so accommodating to my crazy schedule! All my immunology shots are painless. They are so fast and efficient!

Full disclosure - I have a relative who works for this company. Who has spent the last two years or so telling me I need to get my metaphorical **** together and start going to the doctor and taking care of myself. A recent trip to the ER was a wakeup call, so I'm in the doctor's office, for the first time in over a decade, distrustful as heck. Good thing these people are so very kind, and so blatantly competent. Gabriel and Doctor Cox have been just wonderful, so I'm finally going to start taking my health seriously. Want good care? Want to deal with people who actually seem to care about care? This is a good place to start. Check your discomfort at the door - these people are really nice.

Dr. Cox is the best! I was so confused about my allergies and the symptoms. Dr. Cox answered my questions and gave me solutions that worked. I tried several doctors in Dallas with no success. It took a doctor in Austin on Zoom to get me straightened out. I feel great!
