Everyone at Zen Skincare always takes great care of their clients. Krystal and Maddie have done my facials for years and my skin always feels and look better when they are done. Marty works to get all the tightness out of my muscles with the Structural Balancing Massage. Highly recommend this great team of locals who provide excellent service!!

Zen is my go-to for my waxing and tinting needs in Asheville! I won't go elsewhere. When my former esthetician left Zen (she moved out of state), she referred me to Sativa, who is amazing! She's great at making you feel comfortable and at ease. She's gentle and efficient. I highly recommend both Zen and Sativa!

I did not get the services as I had gone to the ER for an infection. I called to reschedule but was told I was going to be charged for the service. I believe it was wrong. I did not plan on missing the appointment especially since it was my birthday and I was treating myself. The infection I had would have made it uncomfortable for the services Amendment: I was called by the owner and I was not charged. I was able to rebook. I’m happy everything worked out. I really like this place and I love Maddie. 11 Feb 26 Another wonderful visit with Maddie. She is a professional through and through. She makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Services are reasonably priced and they go the extra mile ensuring each customers concerns are heard and needs are met. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my waxing and skincare needs!

I visited Zen Skincare for waxing. I don't live here and found the studio online. Not only did I pick the right place and had a wonderful, professional treatment, I also fell in love with Krystal.
