Angela, inthe Asheville office is fantastic. She is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have had quite a few things done with her and I’ve been happy with them. I’m currently getting a series of radio frequency micro needling and laser treatments.

I’ve had both microneedling and laser treatments with Lylla, and she is truly the best. She’s incredibly thorough and attentive to every detail, making sure I’m comfortable the entire time. She listens, explains everything clearly, and never rushes. I always leave feeling genuinely cared for. What I love most is how Lylla sends me home fully prepared — she makes sure I have everything I need and gives clear, detailed aftercare instructions so I know exactly what to expect. My skin has improved so much, and I trust her completely. Highly recommend Lylla. She goes above and beyond every single visit.

Long review incoming.. I researched all over the area to find a place with great reviews, results, and professionalism that would be able to talk to me about options for my cosmetic journey. I landed on Dermablue. I’ve always wanted treatments and have been doing some research and have booked my first rhinoplasty for this December. I went here thinking "they could help me come up with a plan for Botox and Microneedling for my cosmetic goals of my under eyes and lifting my eyebrows." The front desk lady was very nice and the office is very clean but that’s all the positives I could say here. When I went to see Angela for my consult, I spoke for a total of 30 seconds about what I wanted, my upcoming rhinoplasty surgery, and asked 1 question about how long microneedling would last for. She proceeded to talk at me about treatments that weren’t even part of anything I asked.. things like: cool sculpting my fat (I weigh 125 by the way), laser hair removal, chemical peels (which I had no interest in), dermal filler, and worst of all how she would give me a liquid rhinoplasty even though I told her MULTIPLE TIMES I had a surgery for this in a month from now! She wasn’t trying to say in place of but for until my surgery which is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Absolutely the craziest think I’ve ever heard and a huge red flag. After she spent the entire consult talking about things I wasn’t interested in and knew nothing about (nor did she explain them) and throwing around numbers, she then proceeded to tell me that "we’re gonna have to hurry this up because I have a client waiting"… she did catch herself after saying that and said "I hope you don’t feel like I’m rushing you" but still not professional… I am so thankful I did my research before coming here because then I would have done something dangerous. I know this is just the reflection of 1 person and I don’t want to hold that against this place but this was my first cosmetic consult for injections, my first impression of this place, and went in confident and excited to now being confused and disappointed.

Excellent experience, throughout! They were very attentive, kind, and made me feel comfortable throughout the removal of dark spots from sun exposure. They have completely healed, and my face looks as though I’m 30 again! It’s so wonderful! Thank you all kindly for everything you do!

Highly professional and knowledgeable ladies preforming the procedures. The office staff is also professional and have valuable customer service skills. Someone is doing a great job of hiring the right people which is a challenge these days.

While I haven't visited this location, I had the pleasure of having Lylla as a trainer at my current MedSpa in Florida. Her technique is so thorough and comprehensive that I wish she worked closer. I will definitely visit her if I'm in the Asheville area in the future but would highly recommend her to anyone as she surely knows her profession and does not skimp on service. She covered every single area my face needed to be absolutely perfect! Thank you so very much Lylla!!

Paige is the best injector. I go for a dysport touch up every 4 months or so... she doesn't try to over sell. I never have bruising. The outcome is natural- exactly how I want it. The staff is super sweet... LASTLY - BEST PRICES IN TOWN!!
