Had to make two appts (not sure why it couldn’t be done in one), one that was a month away and one in two months. For the first one, the doctor spent maybe 5 minutes with me, and dismissed my concerns and prescribed something I’ve already tried that didn’t work. I left feeling defeated. A couple weeks ahead of my second appt (for a skin cancer screening), they called to say the doctor actually doesn’t work that day, and can I reschedule. Sure, no problem… and then they said the doctor couldn’t seen me until June. At this point, I’ve almost waited 2 months… and now they want to move it out another 3 months because they made a mistake. I declined—after the first appt, it was an easy decision to cancel—and will find another dermatologist. I wasn’t planning on writing a review, but they’ve sent multiple emails asking me to write a review. So here ya go.

Dr. Maloney was friendly and answered all of my questions. She made my very minor mole removal as painless as possible. I will definitely return with any other dermatological needs.

She made me feel very comfortable and confident that my treatment will help! So happy to get relief!
