Wow! I’m blown away, especially for this day and age where common sense doesn’t seem to be so common. After a huge mess down at the Lakewood office, the Arvada office could get us in. Dr. Lee and Dani were just absolutely incredible! I’m so thankful for the both of them. Definitely will be coming to this particular office from now on.

This visit was for my annual exam and it was my first visit with Lee Dionne PA. The appointment went very well. Lee is very thorough and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative and I would highly recommend her.

Fine enough experience, but the staff checking you in and initially taking you back to your room don’t take their eyes off the computer/tablet when asking you questions. They are just inputting what you say, without really listening to you or having a conversation. Then at the end, the doctor finished her exam and left immediately without asking if I had any questions or concerns. Just not a great personable experience. I’m just a number to them.

Service there was good my first visit. But the scheduling process is awful. I work in areas with out cell service a lot and i request a certain time to be called and it never calls at that time. Just now the AI assistant called, said id be connected, and then it hung up. I would much rather email back and forth rather than the phone tag option.

Great experience. Kristin was very thorough and knowledgeable. Very friendly staff. I love this office. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Can’t say enough great things about them. Highly recommend their office and Kristin.

I honestly just have no words..I came to this clinic seeking help for acne and dryness on my eyelids. During my appointment with the dermatologist, Dr K, I was given a sample of Vtama (tapinarof 1%), a product sold at the clinic. While we were discussing dryness around my eyes, this medication was mentioned, and I was left with promises that it could help with the issue. I specifically asked whether the cream was a steroid. I was told it was not (which is true) and that it would help improve my skin. Well, Based on this information, I applied the cream under my eyes. Later that same day, I developed a SEVERE reaction: intense itching, a feverish sensation, and significant swelling around my eyes. The following morning, my eyelids were swollen to nearly TWICE their normal size. Any attempt to apply even gentle moisturizers caused severe burning. I am currently dealing with persistent swelling and redness and have to take allergy medication and use eye drops. At this point, the only product I can tolerate near my eyes is plain petroleum jelly. After researching the medication on my own, I learned that Vtama is an active topical treatment and standard guidance advises avoiding the eye area, as the skin there is extremely thin and sensitive. This was NOT explained to me during my appointment. What is most concerning is not only the reaction itself, but how the visit was handled. My eyelids were not carefully examined, the products I was already using were not reviewed (despite my willingness to show them), and the appointment felt rushed and inattentive. I came in 10:30 and left around 10:45…. I came in seeking help for mild dryness and left with a serious inflammatory reaction that required medication and caused significant physical and emotional distress. Patients rely on physicians to exercise caution, especially when recommending active medications for sensitive areas like the eyes. This experience reflected a lack of appropriate care and consideration for patient safety. I will not be returning to this clinic, and I hope this review encourages greater attention and responsibility in future patient care 🙁
