SkinDC: Terrence Keaney, MD, FAAD

First, the office is beautiful. Very high tech and impressive. I was seen shortly after I filled out my paperwork. Dr. Keaney's assistant was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Keaney is also very knowledeable and was able to diagnose my issue and provide possible resolutions. I did feel rushed at the end of the appointment. I had additional questions that the technician had to answer. Otherwise, I was satisfied with the appointment.

Dr.Keaney was professional and efficient. I did feel as though he was in a rush. Two of the 3 staff members were good but one seemed a little short with her words. The office is beautiful and clean and parking was $8 an hour in the garage.

Dr. Keaney takes his time to provide reliable, individualized care. He genuinely cares about patients' well-being. Appointments with Dr. Keaney feel unrushed and he doesn't try to upsell products. Definitely recommend his office!

Very pleasant experience seeing Dr. Keaney. Staff was helpful and attentive, the office itself is very nicely decorated, and was in and out in 45 minutes.

The office is amazing and very high tech, the check in staff were super nice and the process was quick and the I didn’t have to wait too long to see Dr. Keaney who was very helpful, knowledgeable, had great bed side manners and took the time to under my skin issues. I did have to wait for a long time to check-out and someone that was waiting for less time than me got to go before me so I mentioned that to staff member assisting with this and she was not as friendly as everyone else there and she informed me that they did not go off of a first come first serve basis. It’s a bit frustrating given that I was on my lunch break and had to get back to work. I would still recommend this practice and hope they take steps to improve their check-out process soon.

I came to Dr. Keaney about 2 years ago at GWU after the birth of my daughter desperate due to my foot eczema and Dr. Keaney was indifferent, insensitive and most of all arrogant. He made me feel awful by the way i was treated by him. He said there was no cure and left it at that. I am saying something now because these feelings have stuck with me and its always better to say something then never. If you want to be treated like a human being this doctor is not for you. Still suffering with my foot eczema.

I have gone to see Dr. Keaney for PRP. He is an outstanding physician who is very caring and knowledgeable. He is a true pioneer for hair loss and prp and have had wonderful results. His staff and especially his nurse are the best! Highly recommend !! Thank you Dr.Keaney and Skin DC!
