SkinDC: Lina Naga, MD, FAAD

From the start, my experience here was amazing. The waiting room area is gorgeous, there’s free coffee and water, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen (even though I arrived a few minutes late). Everyone was very friendly and took their time asking me plenty of questions about my skin and my expectations. Dr. Naga is thorough and doesn’t push any services on you that you don’t need. I will definitely be back for a procedure here very soon!

The staff at Skin DC was caring, attentive and supportive from the moment I walked in as a new patient. Dr. Naga herself was warm, attentive and listened patiently to all my concerns. She gave me direct feedback and options as to the different treatments available. The facilities are clean and state of the art, which combined with the warmth of the doctor and staff, made me feel I would receive excellent care. There is easily available parking, which was a plus!

At my first visit with Dr. Naga, I found her to be very personable and professional. The office staff were great and very welcoming. The space is beautiful and a calming place to wait until the Dr. is ready for you.

Upon enterance you immediately feel a great vibe at this practice. The office is beautifuly decorated with great taste to make it feel both inviting and comfortable. The self check in station is super easy and eco-friendly! Doctor Naga is extremely professional and pleasant. Parisa, in the front desk was super friendly and other staff as well. Overall experience was wonderful. I will be referring my staff and friends.

From check in to check out, each person I encountered was professional, friendly and helpful. The office itself is beautiful and the office and medical staff were wonderful. I've already spoken very highly of Dr. Naga and her office and would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Naga is a wonderful doctor. She has an excellent bedside manner and is patient. She puts her patients at ease and has answered so many questions that I've had. She is a true professional and tremendously knowledgeable: if you're looking for an A+ dermatologist I highly recommend her.

I love Dr. Naga and all of the PA's and staff here! They are always on schedule and so friendly. Not to mention the office is beautiful and each staff member knows their stuff. Highly recommend to anyone dealing with persistent acne!
