Yuli Wang, the physician assistant, was not helpful at all. The whole 5-10minutes of my visit there was just me asking her questions instead of her educating me on my subject matter. Trying to get her to talk more was just not possible. I’d probably learn more from Reddit. Do not recommend.

Dr. Phillip Lee is exceptional and he truly cares for his patients! Each time I’ve met with him he’s always made my experience pleasant I leave feeling as my skin matters to him. Dr. Lee takes his time to trouble shoot and come up with the best plan to get skin healthy, beautiful, and glowing. After years of chasing clear skin at other med spas and being sold products that irritated my skin or pushed to do procedures I didn’t need, I decided to see a real dermatologist to address my skin issues. What I appreciate about Dr. Chi is that she is honest and doesn’t try to push unnecessary products or procedures on you. Dr. Chi formulated a conservative plan of their brightening serum and V-beam laser treatment. Yuli performed my Vbeam treatment and she makes a real effort to make sure I am comfortable during treatment and takes her time to be thorough. She knows what she’s doing, which is very reassuring. I’m very happy with my results so far, I can definitely see a noticeable difference!

Dr Shirley Chi and her doctor assistants are not only the nicest and sweetest professionals I’ve ever encountered, but by far the most knowledgeable and gentle. Don’t waste time if you suspect something is going on with your body and call her office immediately for the best care out there.
