Dr. Ho and Emily are amazing!! This place is every skincare girlie’s dream with so many different types of treatments and advanced machinery. I loved that they gave me a treatment plan that worked to accomplish my personalized skincare goals and they weren’t pushy about anything in particular. Dr. Derek Ho took the time to really explain everything deeply. I’ve been to A LOT of skincare and dermatology clinics all over the world and this place was the best in educating me in what works for my skin. The first step of my visit was a scan with their face machine. It showed me my problem areas such as wrinkles and dark spots, as well as skin age and what I would look like in 30 years. Then, based off of that they recommended Picosure to target the sunspots on my face. It was my first time getting Picosure and I’m definitely coming back for more! It felt like a spicy facial with minimal downtime. I definitely saw fading in my dark spots, especially on my cheekbones. I also received UltraClear laser and steroid shots for a scar on my chest that was starting to become a keloid. The shots helped to flatten the scar and the laser helped to fade it. From my understanding, UltraClear can also be used on the face to help fine lines and wrinkles. I also received a bit of Botox on the forehead to round out my day of treatments! This dermatology clinic is incredibly clean and modern. I felt like all the staff took great care of me and were super welcoming. It’s become one of my favorite places to go for any skincare treatment.

If u have skincare questions, look for Dr. Ho is never wrong. Hes board certified dermatologist and he did cured my acne which bothered me for over 10 years. The clinic is always clean and nice. Stuff here are always helpful and warm. And most importantly they never push sell anything to you! Only when u have concerns, they give out best professional and useful suggestions.

Bespoke dermatology is outstanding! Dr. Ho is highly experienced, professional, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming the moment you walk in. The quality of care and level service they provide consistently exceed expectations. I highly recommend Bespoke dermatology to anyone looking for a top-notch Dermatologist and a team you can genuinely trust.

I'd first like to address the one star reviews: 1) Many businesses ask for credit card info up front because people today are flaky, and there is a fee for no-shows and late cancellations because so many people are trying to get appointments with Dr. Ho. That is standard practice, so get over it. It is unfair to give a one-star rating for a standard business practice. They let you know up front that they will NOT charge it without your permission, and even when you are going to be charged, you can pay with a different card then what they have on file, so no need for the tantrum. 2) Someone complained about the chattiness among the workers. This is because they love working there, which is clearly evident from the moment you walk into the office. I have about 11 specialists (for different health issues), and at least for half of those, I truly like the doctors but hate the staff because they are rude and unfriendly. This is not the case with Dr. Ho's team. They are kind, compassionate, friendly, encouraging, funny, etc. I even asked Dr. Ho what his secret was to hiring such a great team because everyone who works there is the personification of awesome. I think whomever wrote the review about the "noise" doesn't like joy and is likely bitter in real life. For my own review, I've had severe cystic acne since just before I turned 12, which gave me such a fun set of teen years. Not. I am now 52, so basically, Dr. Ho had to treat 40 year old scars, and I had every kind of scar, especially rolling scars, which are the hardest to treat. He was very honest with me up front about what the true possibilities were and what was not a possibility. This gave me a realistic picture of what to expect after treatment and healing. He has always been honest with me. His staff and wife are such lovely people and truly the best medical team I have come across, and with my 11 specialists, I have come across many. I am so happy with my results. The pictures do not do my results justice; my skin looked worse in person, but my results look better in person, too. I cannot recommend Dr. Ho and Bespoke Dermatology enough. I will be their patient for life because I know they are honest and trustworthy with what can and cannot be done. I gained about 130 pounds after a car accident coinciding with a dying and dead thyroid. Now that I am losing weight, I will trust him with how to deal with the weight loss in my face and neck. I have fired at least 12-15 dermatologists for being liars or just dismissing me. Dr. Ho and his team partnered with me in the healing of my scars directly, and indirectly, the healing of my emotional scars having suffered with bad skin for the majority of my life. I feel so confident about my skin now, that I don't even wear makeup to work anymore. I just wear moisturizer and sunscreen. If you want a dermatologist you can trust, make an appointment with Dr. Ho and his team. Don't wait. The sooner you see him, the sooner you can address your skin concerns.

Upon my return from Korea, I decided to check this place out to maintain my Picosure Pro treatments. The clinic had a good number of patients in the waiting room so that was promising. The Dr performed my treatment and I didn’t burn. I really liked the visor from the bag they gift to first time clients!

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unprofessional interaction I experienced with your receptionist during my scheduled appointment. I had a 9:30 a.m. appointment today and was not seen until 9:55 a.m. During this time, there was no acknowledgment of the delay. When I finally stated that I would like to cancel the appointment due to the extended wait, the receptionist responded with, "Sounds good," delivered in a dead tone of voice, without any apology, explanation, or basic courtesy such as a smile. This response was confusing and felt dismissive. I expected a more professional and respectful interaction, especially in a customer-facing role. A simple apology or acknowledgment of the delay would have made a significant difference. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as professionalism and courteous communication are important to patient experience.

Stopped by since I had some questions about some of the procedures they offer. The staffs were very helpful and informative. Will definitely be back!
