This was our first visit to this clinic to establish care following the retirement of our previous PCP. Check in personnel were friendly and cordial. Medical Assistant Nina was friendly, professional, and thorough in her pre-physician gathering of my vital signs. Dr. Wenner was outstanding in his bedside manner and understanding of my overall health as well as in his recommendations for future healthcare management. The phlebotomy team did nice work in my blood draw. Checkout personnel were friendly and efficient. All in all, a great experience for the establishment of healthcare in a new setting. I feel very lucky to be able to establish care with Dr. Wenner and his associates at Briarwood 10 . . . Highly, highly recommended!!!!

I set everything up online as it said Dr Wenner was accepting new patients. Complete waste of time as I call to set up my first appointment the lady says they are fully booked until June. No doctors there are accepting new patients. Quit wasting out time and stop offering your services online if you can't help us. The health care system is such a joke!

Mia, the phlebotomist in the lab was incredible. She made the draw painless and was enjoyable to talk to. Very positive experience for blood work in Ann Arbor.

I used to love Michigan Medicine, but they've gone severely downhill. It's nearly impossible to see a doctor. Almost any visit is with a PA or student. Your doctor might talk to you via web chat if you're lucky and wait 3 months. On top of this typical lack of service, I had an appointment (to see a PA instead of a doctor, of course). I get there on time and am told my appointment was 15 minutes earlier, and I'll have to reschedule. Despite letting them know I had been told otherwise over the phone and pleading with them, noting I live an hour away and have an actual job during the day, they could do nothing for me. This was my 5th bad experience in a row with Michigan Medicine (other negative experiences centered around trying to squeeze more money out of me and never being able to schedule appointments). No need to reschedule, I'll be joining a different health system. And worst part is, they will never, ever care. If you need a great, overpaid surgeon who doesn't give a **** about you, Michigan Medicine is probably a good choice. If you want good routine care, look elsewhere. This giant system is too caught up in its pursuit of profit (through it's health system and university churning out as many doctors as it can).

Every doctor I have seen here is attentive, respectful, and truly seems to care. I am in and out quickly and seen on time. My symptoms were treated as urgent, however, and I was able to get immediate appointments on a Saturday. Such a stark departure from my experiences at the Ypsilanti health clinic, where I was only seen by doctors in training.

Wonderful care providers IF you can actually ever get in to receive care. Such a shame, especially when it comes to pediatric care and expecting more supportive and proactive services. For example, not offering a virtual visit because they're requesting you come in in-person for an "urgent" follow-up and the next available appointment through the link they provide is one month away.
