I've been a client of the Face Room for several years now. Donna is one of the best at what she does. She is a true professional. The ambiance of her spa is very warm, comfortable and inviting. I love the dermaplane facials and my ombre powder brows! Trust me, you will look and feel beautiful after receiving your services! She does not disappoint! EVER!

I've had great experiences at the face room. Donna does a great job and is very informative on different procedure to help keep your skin youthful and glowing. She hones her craft by continuously educating herself. She'll help you decide what service is right for your skin type. Her facials are calming and worth every penny. Her eyelashes extensions are hands down the most natural looking ones I've seen in Dallas. She takes pride in her work and gives great customer service. I highly recommend her.

You must visit The Face Room for your ombre brows. I just recently completed my follow up appt and Ive honestly lost track of the compliments I've received since Donna first did my brows. They are absolutely beautiful. She has a genuine desire to make each client look and feel his/her best and it shows in her work as well as The Face Room. The atmosphere is very relaxing and warm. 5 stars for me because she and her work are simply the best.

I started going to the faceroom several years ago for my facial and Ombre brows. She does and amazing outstanding job each and every time I go she was very professional. The room always smell good, candles lite soft music playing and very clean. Ladies and gentlemen the faceroom is the place room go for all your facials and Ombre brows services.

I am one satisfied customer and a customer for life. If you want someone who not only have incredible customer service experience but an amazing shop and she explained everything and made sure I understood everything. The best atmosphere for pampering. Donnavette is a true professional. She educates you on how to take care of your skin and provides the best services in the DFW.
