Very professional and friendly staff. I especially loved the communication skills the nurse and doctor displayed. Both were completely engaged in my concerns and targeted everything element of my conversation with a solution to my issue as they made consistent eye contact with me. I felt safe, understood, and welcome. I'm confident that my skin issues will be rectified and I will look in the mirror with pride and comfort again. I'm honestly grateful. Thank you all from the front desk to the specialist you all are greatly appreciated.

I absolutely love this practice. Very short wait times and always accommodating. Emily Penz is personable and receptive to all concerns. Her assistant Joni is great as well.

Spot on service. Walked in and was immediately greeted by 1 of 2 office staff. Very courteous and made me feel welcome. The appointment went well with explanations of what they were doing and answering my questions. Would highly recommend.

I highly recommend using Bikowski Skin Care Center. Everyone in the office was polite, professional and helpful. My appointment was for 4:20 pm, they took me back at my appointment time, after answering a few questions, the PA came in. The process from start to finish was efficient. I saw Emily, she was great. She was professional and very thorough in explaining my options for treatment.

I have been a patient at Dr. Bikowski’s for many years. I will say that I mostly see the PAs now and they are both wonderful. The staff in general is wonderful. It’s literally one of the few doctors offices that I can say that everyone who works there is courteous and friendly.

Dr. Bikowski’s office is wonderful! I saw his PA this past time, who was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain everything. The entire staff is always genuine, welcoming and kind. Highly recommend!

Nick was great in getting me scheduled quick and easy. The ladies at the front desk were very professional and personable, efficient. The PA (sorry I can’t remember her name) was fantastic. Great experience. Highly recommended!
