This Dentistry Group is topnotch. The entire group is friendly, courteous and professional from front desk personnel to techs and doctors (dentists). Their equipment is high tech and so less intimidating than dental equipment I experienced 10 years ago. Plus, they have an "another option" person I'll call her an AOP who can explain that to you if you wish. i.e. Interested in implants? Maybe you're a good candidate. Talk to the AOP. You have nothing to lose, and you gain information.

I’m always extremely nervous about going to the dentist’s, but everyone there was very sensitive and understanding of that. I’m 62, so when an old crown broke off my very back tooth, it needed to be extracted. I was really scared! My husband dragged me to the appointment and, besides some minor discomfort, the procedure went very well. Like I said, I was treated like gold by all the staff, techs, and the dentist. I went to my follow-up appointment yesterday and, thankfully, my mouth is healing fine. This experience even encouraged me to book an exam and cleaning, which I am ashamed to admit I have been avoiding due to my phobia. Thank you Yuba City Dentistry Group!

Keep getting a quote in person which doesn’t match what I am charged. They do not give you a copy of anything so you can’t dispute things. Was told last year that if I chose dentures they were covered by my insurance. Was told now that it would be thousands. Was ten min late to appointment they would not take me for a simple exam and consult. Wanted me to drive another hour on another day. I am paying 200.00 a month now for previous tooth removals. They wanted 13,000 for implants and to remove parts of three teeth. Another dentist quoted 10,000.. I liked the dentist. But it feels like the staff is doing shady things

Very shady! Came in for my quote earlier this year and they wanted over $15k for only a few services. I’m glad I shopped around in the same city. They were the only dentistry location that charged insanely the highest and most overpriced. I found another dentist in the area and got my implant service taken care of for one tooth and it was less than $2000. For the same services quoted, the grand total bill for the additional fillings I needed with one implant was less than $3000. I am happy I have found a different suitable primary dentistry. It also turned out I didn’t need a bone graft and so they were trying to charge me for unnecessary services I didn’t even need even after the x-ray was performed. I recommend shopping around before you commit to any dental services with them…

I have been there twice now and truthfully a wonderful experience both times. The staff is very kind and informative. They are quick with insurance quotes. I find the pricing fair. The doctor I’ve seen both times is great! He tells me everything that is going on, what he’s doing, and always checks to make sure I’m not feeling discomfort or pain. I’m looking forward to my visit in April 🙂
