Went to Dr. Jaspreet S. Dhami! Humbly confident as a medical professional, completely patient-focused, empathetic towards patients as a person first and exceptionally so when pain is involved. INCREDIBLY efficient, both in actual operation and as a team across the office. Complete gold standard of what any practice should strive to be in terms of care and humanity, and, personally, coming from an hour away for every appointment is WELL worth it. <3

I recently had an amazing experience at Yuba City Family Dental! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel at ease right away. The office itself is clean creating a comfortable atmosphere. The Doctors and staff took the time to explain every step of my procedure and answered all my questions thoroughly. Their attention to detail and gentle approach really made a difference. I was nervous about my appointment, but they made it a breeze!

Today I had a doctors appointment with Dr. Singh. I had an appointment to have a root canal and a new crown. I’ve always been saddened when I have to go to the dentist. Throughout my life, I’ve had some terrible experiences with teeth. Dr. Singh made me fell extremely safe and in good hands. He explained everything to me before he started. What a kind wonderful person he is. I’m so grateful that he is now at Fit Dental. Also, Gabby was doctors assistant today. She’s always a joy, kind understanding and gentle. Thanks, Gabby Erica at the front desk. Always welcome you with a smile. Start your dentist appointment making you feel your in very good hands and they’ll take good care of you. One other person I’d like to comment about is office manager, Adrian. You always know when Adrian is in the office. He has a simple, gentle sounding voice and he is also so welcoming. He’ll answer any question you have. Very knowledgeable Fair and makes you always feel that they’ll get the job done right not many more words to say about Adrian. I am new to town and need to see a dentist. They were able to fit me in very quickly and am (for the first time) not concerned about my next visit. They were a nice staff all around.

I will never go back here again. I had a bridge installed and a root canal. I was extremely uncomfortable during the procedures. I was not given an examination nor asked if I had any other dental problems. I had been here several years ago and pleased with them so I went back when I had new problems. They had changed ownership and the dentist was new to me. Very unprofessional. I cannot recommend this business.

They provided an excellent experience. The staff was friendly and professional, the office was clean, and the dr. was thorough and caring. I highly recommend them for top-notch dental care!

Poor patient experience and bad customer service. We have gone here for several years and finally decided to take our business elsewhere. The main dentist is very rough most of the time. Some of the work has been questionable, and was always painful. What finally turned us away is their billing practices. They overbilled us and then the business manager dodged my calls for over a month before issuing a refund. Unfortunately because they sat on the refund for over 6 months, we missed out on getting our money back due to using an FSA account. I still never received a call back from the business manager after leaving multiple messages and emailing him. I wonder now how many other times they overbilled us over the years and we didn't catch it. If you like pain, being ignored, and overpaying, this might be the place for you.
