Gorgeous Smiles Dental worcester

One star is too good for them but I can’t give them 0 stars. Poor customer service, awful to work with. Just stay away. Place is a dumpster fire

Yesterday I made an appointment this dentist,One of the female dentists there was so rude. I just told her I'd had an X-ray done on Monday, but she insisted I needed another one right there. When I asked if my insurance would cover it, she told me to go find another dentist and to get out of there. I couldn't believe that's how a dentist behaves.

I had awful experiences recently at other dentist offices. I needed a root canal and was very nervous about it, but I'm so glad I came here. The technician, Gloria, and the doctor were amazing, they made me feel comfortable, and I didn't feel any pain. I'm very happy with how they handled everything. Update 12/29/25: I want to edit my review. Although that day I felt very happy an comfortable, week later I found out that a piece of metal was left in the canal and I'm faced with a lot of issues and probably will lose my tooth. I'm also still waiting for the refund for the money I paid that day since my insurance completed the investigation and ruled in malpractice.

Just finished my cleaning it was so so good I had to leave a review and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Mary, the dental hygienist, did a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth hands down the best cleaning I've ever had. Her attention to detail is more stars than I can leave! The entire staff is friendly and professional, making my visit smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Gorgeous Smiles for anyone looking for top notch dental care.

I recently visited Gorgeous Smile Dental for a routine dental cleaning, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. My hygienist was incredibly thorough and gentle. I appreciated her attention to detail and the genuine care she showed for my oral health. Dr. Gandhi conducted a comprehensive examination after the cleaning, and their professionalism and expertise were evident throughout. Overall, my experience at Gorgeous Smile Dental was exceptional. The combination of a knowledgeable and compassionate team, state-of-the-art facilities, and a comfortable atmosphere makes this dental office a standout choice. I highly recommend Gorgeous Smile Dental to anyone in need of dental services. I'll definitely be returning for my future dental needs!
