Mischarged me then the billing dept seems compleelty unresponsive, not a word after calling multiple times, insurance co even called multiple times, just silence, emails, calls and went in person...don't bother unless it's just basic service, billing dept is inept. keep the $ I won't be going back.

I come here for 10 years and they just sold the office to some random people that doesn’t know how to even glue a crown back on this just to be the best dentist now with this new ppl it’s only a joke I can’t believe how they can still have this open when it’s only 1 person here

Been going to Highland Dental for years. They are always so professional, helpful and attentive. Today I had my wisdom teeth removed. I had a lot of anxiety going into the day especially with being awake. Dr Harry and Andrea did a phenomenal job of easing my nerves and talking me through everything. The removal was completely painless. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Ghndhi is incredibly rude, and disrespectful to her patients. Single handedly seen her send patients out in tears, as well as colleagues of her own express their frustrations with her. I do not encourage anyone to be a patient of hers.

They used to be terrific years ago, but then certain staff began to start treating me differently when I explained that I couldn't afford a service that they recommended for my periodontal disease, that I was told would cost well over a thousand dollars. I'm disabled & on MassHealth insurance, so clearly I'm considered low income! I decided to seek dental care elsewhere, because of this & wanting a practice closer to home. I will add that the receptionist Audrey, who once was employed with them was excellent & friendly though, always professional. Sad how time & money changes things.

I had a nice experience during my first visit with Highland Dental. The location is easy to find and the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. I was early to my appointment but still only waited about 5 minutes after signing in. Once I was in the chair, I never waited for anything, where it was the x-rays, hygienist or the doctor. They took great care of me and looked out for my comfort, even giving me sunglasses to block the light in my eyes. I will be coming back again.
